Systems and methods configured to execute branching automation schemes in a collaboration environment are disclosed. Exemplary implementations may: manage environment state information maintaining a collaboration environment; manage automation records of the collaboration environment, the automation records defining trigger events, branching criteria, and sets of automated actions to carry out in the collaboration environment in response to occurrence of the trigger events and satisfaction of individual ones of the branching criteria; responsive to the detection of the occurrence of individual trigger events and the satisfaction of the individual ones of the branching criteria, effectuate individual ones of the sets of automated actions within the collaboration environment, and/or perform other operations.

Systems and methods to execute branching automation schemes in a collaboration environment

A method includes receiving a wireless connection request at a backend computing device from a user device to allow wireless connection of the user device to a network through an access point located at a venue. The connection request includes a user identifier. The method includes validating the user identifier and granting wireless access of the user device to the access point when the user identifier is valid. The method further includes transmitting a venue-specific notification to the user device when the user device connects to the network.

A system for managing a plurality of access points is provided that includes an interface device to receive configuration settings, a memory storing current settings and a processor coupled to the memory and the interface. The access points include first and second sets. Each set is provisioned to communicate on a respective communication protocol from a plurality of communication protocols. Each respective communication protocol is incompatible with the communication protocols for other access points. The one or more processors are configured to implement a management controller that includes a communication layer module to communicate using the respective communication protocol with the first set or the second set of access point devices and an abstraction layer module to apply configuration commands using the communication layer module to remotely reconfigure one of the plurality access point devices from the first or second set based on the configuration settings received from the interface.

Described herein are devices and techniques for detecting an inbound message (e.g., text, voice, voicemail) directed from an identifiable message sender to one of a collection of message recipients (e.g., by telephone numbers). The message is selectively forwarded to the message recipient's communication devices in response to a reputation score of the identifiable message sender. The devices and techniques described herein are further adapted to automatically determine or otherwise update the reputation score of the identifiable message sender, for example, in response to previously detected incoming messages. User preferences can be provided to override one or more of forwarding and blocking of detected messages regardless of any automatically obtained reputation score.
