A freewheeling mechanism includes a freewheeling member designed as an inner part including a clamping structure, a plurality of clamping parts arranged on the clamping structure, and a sheet metal cage placed on the freewheeling member for spacing the clamping parts in a direction of revolution. The sheet metal cage includes a coupling rim on a first axial side. The coupling rim comprising includes a support portion extending radially outward, a U-shaped folding area, a coupling portion merged into the support portion at the U-shaped folding area and adjoining the support portion such that the coupling rim has a double material thickness, and a coupling structure, arranged integrally on the sheet metal cage and formed on an inner circumference of the coupling portion for interlocking coupling to the clamping structure such that the sheet metal cage is held on the freewheeling member for conjoint rotation in the direction of revolution.

A freewheeling mechanism includes a freewheeling member with a clamping structure, clamping parts arranged on the clamping structure, and a sheet metal cage for spacing the clamping parts in a direction of revolution. The sheet metal cage is placed on the freewheeling member and includes a base body with a support portion extending radially outward and a coupling rim on a first axial side. The coupling rim includes a coupling disk fixed coaxially on the base body and adjoining the support portion. The coupling disk includes a coupling portion with a coupling structure for interlocking coupling to the clamping structure such that the sheet metal cage is held on the freewheeling member for conjoint rotation. The support portion and the coupling disk have a same external diameter with assembly recesses provided at their respective outer circumferences, and the assembly recesses lie over one another in an assembled state.

A roller freewheel includes a roll body cage, a plurality of roll bodies accommodated in the roll body cage, and a ramp ring having a ramp contour. The ramp contour blocks the roll bodies in a first direction of rotation and allows rotation of the roll bodies relative to the ramp ring in a second direction of rotation, opposite the first direction of rotation. The ramp contour is designed to accommodate a plurality of roll body rows. The roll body cage includes a plurality of separate partial cages, with each partial cage including at least one roll body row.

A roller freewheel unit for a vehicle includes an outer sleeve element, an inner ring element and a cage element for accommodating spring/roller elements. The inner ring element has at least one radially protruding sliding shoe element, which can be inserted into a corresponding receptacle of the cage element in the axial direction in order to interconnect the inner ring element and the cage element. The inner ring element may have multiple sliding shoe elements arranged on the circumference of the inner ring element, and the cage element may have correspondingly arranged receptacles. The outer sleeve element may be slid onto outer surfaces of the sliding shoe elements in such a manner that the outer sleeve element is centered and supported by the sliding shoe elements.

Roller freewheel unit for a vehicle

A freewheel assembly includes a central axis of rotation, a single-piece flange formed by deep drawing, and a freewheel unit. The single-piece flange includes a sleeve portion, a disk portion protruding radially outward from the sleeve portion, and a centering collar. The disk portion includes a first end face and the centering collar is formed on the first end face. The freewheel unit includes an outer ring fastened to the sleeve portion by press fitting, and a plurality of rolling elements accommodated within the outer ring. The outer ring includes a plurality of clamping ramps, and each one of the plurality of rolling elements cooperates with a one of the plurality of clamping ramps.

A stator assembly for a torque converter includes a body, a one-way clutch, and a washer. The body is rotatable about an axis and has a cavity defined by an axial wall radially spaced from the axis and a radial wall extending radially inward from the axial wall. The one-way clutch is disposed in the cavity. The washer includes a thrust surface, a supporting surface, and an axial retention feature. The thrust surface faces away from the cavity. The supporting surface directly contacts the one-way clutch. The axial retention element is configured to connect to the axial wall of the body.

Stator assembly

A return stop includes a rotational inner ring, a stationary, fixed outer ring, and a cage mounted radially between the inner ring and outer ring. The cage has at least two pairs of rollers each having a first and a second roller. A clamping rail is formed on an outer peripheral surface of the inner ring for each roller. A radial recess is formed on the inner ring in the peripheral direction directly adjacent to the respective clamping rail. Also, both of the clamping rails of the roller pairs are formed in the peripheral direction in opposite directions away from each other. In a free-running operation of the return stop, only one roller of each pair of rollers comes into position on the inner ring and the outer ring. The other roller of each pair of rollers does not come into position at least one the inner ring.

Return stop

A return stop selectively locks a rotatable inner ring to a stationary outer ring. A cage supports at least two roller pairs, each of which consists of two rollers, wherein a spring element spring-loads the two rollers against the outer ring. Each spring element is a double spring having two spring sections and a connecting section connecting the two spring sections to each other and to the cage. In response to rotation of the cage relative to the inner ring, one roller of each roller pair comes to bear against a ramp of the inner ring and the outer ring. The cage has a driver element at one end face which protrudes axially into the inner ring and can be connected to a contoured section on the inner ring in order to produce positive-locking attachment.

An overrunning clutch unit may include inner and outer rings that can be rotated relative to each other. Clamping members may transmit a torque between the two rings in one peripheral direction, the clamping members being arranged between the rings. A first bearing device may be configured to support the two rings, wherein the first bearing device is arranged between the rings at a first axial side of the clamping members. A second bearing device may be configured to support the two rings, wherein the second bearing device is arranged at a second, opposing, axial side of the clamping members so that a tilting of the inner ring relative to the outer ring is prevented.

A drag ring for a clutch includes an axis, a circumferential surface extending about the axis and first and second pluralities of segments. The first plurality of segments includes first and second ends integrally joined with the circumferential surface and a first center segment protruding radially outward from the circumferential surface. The second plurality of segments includes third and fourth ends integrally joined with the circumferential surface and a second center segment protruding radially inward from the circumferential surface. In an example embodiment, the first and second pluralities of segments are circumferentially distributed about the circumferential surface. In an example embodiment, the circumferential surface includes first and second continuous edges with a distance therebetween. A circular line extending about the circumferential surface at a midpoint of the distance is interrupted by the first and second pluralities of segments.

A drive arrangement and a vehicle having a damper device having a damper primary side and a damper secondary side. The damper primary side forms a first drive interface for the coupling of a crankshaft of an internal combustion engine, having a freewheel device with a freewheel input and a freewheel output. The damper secondary side is coupled rotationally conjointly to the freewheel input, having a gearbox section operatively connected to the freewheel output, having an output interface for the coupling of a drive output section of the vehicle, wherein the output interface is operatively connected to the gearbox section, and having a second drive interface for the coupling of the electric motor and operatively connected to the gearbox section by a control device. The drive arrangement can, by the control device, be switched into different operating states such that a drive torque can be transmitted to the output interface by the first drive interface or by the second drive interface.

The disclosure relates to a free-wheeling device for an automatic gearbox, for example, of a motor vehicle. The device may include a rotatable inner ring and a stationary fixed outer ring, and a cage which is arranged radially between the inner ring and the outer ring for receiving clamping bodies. The outer ring may include at least a supporting ring and a securing ring which is arranged radially on an outer circumferential face of the supporting ring and connected rotationally fixedly to the supporting ring. The supporting ring may be provided to absorb tangential forces, and the securing ring may have a plurality of radial formations on an outer circumferential face for stationary fixing of the outer ring.

A return stop, including a rotating inner ring and a stationary, fixed outer ring, and a cage arranged between the inner ring and the outer ring with multiple roller pairs each having two rollers. At least one spring element is arranged between the two rollers of each roller pair for spring-loading the rollers at least against the outer ring, and on an outer circumferential surface of the inner ring for each roller of each roller pair, a clamping ramp is formed. The outer circumferential surface of the inner ring has at least one cam that is formed radially on the outside and engages in a groove formed on the cage. The at least one cam is smaller in the circumferential direction than the groove. Through a relative movement of the cage relative to the inner ring, the respective roller of each roller pair contacts both the respective clamping ramp and the outer ring. A transfer case for a motor vehicle with such return stop is also provided.
