Implementations of disclosed systems and methods are capable of changing the frequency or other waveform characteristics dynamically based on receiving feedback about the effect of an electromagnetic pulse radiation on a target electronic device. Various implementations can be configured to emit electromagnetic pulses at a single radio frequency or a plurality of radio frequencies. For example, the frequency of the carrier electromagnetic radiation in a single pulse can change during the pulse interval.
