A lever arm and method of use are disclosed herein. An example lever arm includes a translatable positioning assembly having a handle assembly having a trigger lock, the handle assembly being configured to engage with a frame member of a rack in such a way that the handle assembly can be selectively positioned along the frame member. The trigger lock is configured to engage with one of a first plurality of apertures of the frame member when a desired position for the translatable positioning assembly is selected. An armature that is pivotably coupled to the handle assembly in such a way that the armature can pivot in a first plane. The armature is configured to pivot in a second plane. The lever arm includes a first guide that is rotatably coupled to an end of the armature to allow the first guide to swivel.

Lever arm system

An exercise rack pulley system for providing a wide range of versatile arrangements of pulleys on an exercise rack. An example embodiment generally includes an exercise rack including one or more support members and arm members. One or more pulley units may be attached to one or more support members and/or arm members of the exercise rack. Each of the pulley units includes a bracket for attaching to the exercise rack and a frame for supporting a rotatable pulley. The frame is adjustably connected with the bracket such that each pulley unit may be adjusted between at least two positions, including a first position in which the frame is parallel with the bracket and a second position in which the frame is perpendicular with the bracket. A cable is routed through the pulley units and connected to a weight to accommodate a wide range of different types of exercises.

Exercise rack pulley system

A shelf assembly may include a shelf top configured to support one or more stored articles (e.g. dumbbells, kettlebells, etc.), and at least one shelf bracket configured to be coupled to the shelf top and to a wall to securely position the shelf top relative to the wall. In some embodiments, the shelf bracket may be coupled to the wall in different ways so that in a first use position, the shelf top extends horizontally relative to the wall, and in a second use position, the shelf top is positioned in a downwardly sloped position relative to the wall. In further embodiments, the shelf bracket may be adjustable to enable the shelf top to be positioned over a range of desired positions.

Wall mounted dumbbell and kettlebell storage shelf

A folding exercise rack system which may be both adjusted with respect to a wall and adjusted between a folded position for storage and an extended position for use. The folding exercise rack system generally includes an exercise rack that is both adjustable with respect to the wall and foldable between extended and retracted positions. The exercise rack generally includes a pair of inner support members which are adjustably connected to the wall, and a pair of outer support members which are adjustable between an extended position and a retracted (e.g., folded) position. In the extended position, the outer support members are distally spaced away from the inner support members and wall. In the retracted position, the outer support members are positioned adjacent to the wall.

Folding exercise rack system

A rigid container that may be used to store items. The container includes a first bowl and a second bowl. The first and second bowls both include center portions and at least one sidewall. The sidewalls are disposed about the peripheries of their respective center portions and oriented perpendicular to it. The sidewall(s) of the first bowl define an exterior profile and the sidewall(s) of the second bowl define an interior profile. The exterior profile and the interior profile are identical in shape but the interior profile is slightly larger so that the second bowl can be received over the first bowl.

Plastic free container

An inclinable bench system for exercise that is attachable to a wall with a mounting bracket, is extendable outwardly from the wall when in use, and is retractable towards the wall when not in use. The inclinable bench generally includes a torso portion and a seat portion on a support segment, latches for selectively latching the bench to the support segment in a first position with the torso and seat portions parallel for extension and retraction, latches for latching the bench in a plurality of selected second positions with the torso and seat portions inclined, and latch operators for operating the latches for the bench to move between the first and second positions. The seat portion is movably supported on a two-level rail and as the bench is moved between the first and second positions the seat portion is automatically inclined.
