For a pressure-sensor assembly, including a carrier substrate having conductor tracks disposed on a first side of the carrier substrate, a pressure-sensor element that is mounted on the first side of the carrier substrate and is electrically contacted via a bonding-wire connection to a conductor track located on the first side of the carrier substrate, as well as a frame part having a full-perimeter frame wall, the frame part being positioned on the first side of the carrier substrate around the pressure-sensor element, and the frame part being filled with a gel covering the pressure-sensor element, it is provided that in addition to the full-perimeter frame wall, the frame part has a base which is positioned on at least one conductor track disposed on the first side of the carrier substrate.

Pressure-sensor assembly having a carrier substrate

A device for detecting at least one property of a fluid medium, and a method for its production. The method includes a) providing at least one housing, the housing having at least one electrical contact; introducing at least one sensor element for detecting the property into the housing; c) providing at least one pressure-pipe tube, the pressure-pipe tube including at least one contacting element; d) bringing the contacting element into contact with the sensor element in such a way that an electrical connection is established between the contacting element and the sensor element; and e) introducing at least one circuit substrate into the housing in such a way that the circuit substrate is electrically connected to the electrical contact of the housing and to the sensor element, the housing and the pressure-pipe tube being produced as separate components.

Method for producing a device for detecting at least one property of a fluid medium in a measuring chamber

A pressure sensor for recording a pressure of a fluid medium in a measuring cell. The pressure sensor includes a sensor housing, at least one first pressure sensor element for measuring a pressure of the medium, and a drive and/or evaluation circuit for outputting a signal indicative of a pressure acting on the first pressure sensor element. The drive and/or evaluation circuit is configured on or in a circuit substrate disposed within the sensor housing. The first pressure sensor element is configured on or in the circuit substrate and is separated from the fluid medium by at least one first separating membrane.

Pressure sensor for recording a pressure of a fluid medium

A sensor for detecting a temperature and a pressure of a fluid medium includes at least one housing, at least one temperature sensor for detecting the temperature of the fluid medium and at least one pressure sensor element for detecting the pressure of the fluid medium. An activation and/or evaluation circuit is situated in the housing. The activation and/or evaluation circuit is situated on a circuit carrier. The activation and/or evaluation circuit is connected to the temperature sensor and the pressure sensor element. The temperature sensor has at least one connecting line including a connecting section for connecting to the activation and/or evaluation circuit. The circuit carrier has one recess. The connecting section is angled toward the connecting lines. The connecting section protrudes through the recess for connecting to the activation and/or evaluation circuit.

Sensor for detecting a temperature and a pressure of a fluid medium

A method is described for electrically connecting a coaxial conductor to a circuit carrier, in particular a printed circuit board. The circuit carrier has a top side and a bottom side, and printed conductors are situated at least on the top side of the circuit carrier. The coaxial conductor also includes an inner conductor and an outer conductor, the coaxial conductor being led, at least partially, from the bottom side of the circuit carrier through a feedthrough provided in the circuit carrier. In addition, at least one first contact conductor is used for electrically connecting the outer conductor to at least one first printed conductor of the circuit carrier, and at least one second contact conductor is used for electrically connecting the inner conductor to at least one second printed conductor of the circuit carrier. The first and the second contact conductors each have a press-in connection at at least one of their contact points with the circuit carrier or with the coaxial conductor.

Method for electrically connecting a coaxial conductor to a circuit carrier

A device for measuring a pressure and a temperature of a fluid medium flowing in a duct, the device including a pressure sensor element; a temperature sensor having a temperature sensor element; a housing that has a connecting piece, the connecting piece being insertable into the duct in an insertion direction, the connecting piece having an interior chamber, the interior chamber having an opening through which the interior chamber may be exposed to the fluid medium; and a carrier substrate, the pressure sensor element being connected electrically and mechanically to the carrier substrate. In order to increase the service life of the temperature sensor, and in order to allow temperature measurement that is as accurate as possible, it is provided, in this context, that the carrier substrate be positioned substantially parallel to the insertion direction in the interior chamber of the connecting piece, the interior chamber extending along the insertion direction, and it is provided that the temperature sensor be connected electrically and mechanically to the carrier substrate.

Device for measuring a pressure and a temperature of a fluid medium flowing in a duct

In a sensor module for accommodating a pressure sensor chip and for installation into a sensor housing, a module wall is connected monolithically to the module bottom and surrounds the pressure sensor chip. Multiple connecting elements which are conducted through the module wall to the outside run straight at least in the entire outside area. Furthermore, the connecting elements are exposed on their top and bottom sides for affixing and electrically connecting at least one electrical component and for electrically integrating the sensor module into the sensor housing. In this way, a two-sided use of a sensor module having an identical external geometry and identical connectors is possible.

A combined liquid and vapor sensor assembly includes a body and a mounting portion for coupling the body to a fuel pump module flange that defines an interface between an interior and an exterior of a fuel tank. A liquid pressure sensor is housed in a recess in the body for sensing a liquid pressure of a fuel in the fuel tank, and a vapor pressure sensor is housed in the recess in the body for sensing a vapor pressure of a fuel vapor in the fuel tank. An electrical connector is coupled with the body for providing power to the liquid pressure sensor and the vapor pressure sensor.
