A heat exchanger arrangement is provided with a housing provided with a fluid inlet and a fluid outlet and designed to be flowed through by the fluid. A heat exchanger is arranged in the housing between fluid inlet and fluid outlet and surrounded by the housing. The heat exchanger is arranged such that the fluid can flow through the heat exchanger. The housing has a seal contour. The heat exchanger is connected with form fit at a fluid inlet of the heat exchanger or at a fluid outlet of the heat exchanger to the seal contour of the housing. In a method of producing the heat exchanger arrangement, a seal surface of the seal contour of the housing is melted and pressed against a seal region of the heat exchanger at the fluid inlet of the heat exchanger or at the fluid outlet of the heat exchanger.

A heat exchanger for cooling intake air with a coolant is provided with a shell and first and second front faces, wherein one of the front faces is an inlet and the other an outlet for intake air. The shell has at least one coupling element disposed along a circumferential line of the shell that is spaced apart from the first front face by a predetermined distance. The shell has a port as an inlet or outlet for the coolant. The port is arranged at a spacing from the first front face. The spacing is larger than the predetermined distance. The shell has an insertion section between first front face and circumferential line. The shell has an internal duct system connected to the port for guiding the coolant into the insertion section. The coupling element can fixedly couple with at least one corresponding coupling element of an air duct.

A screw connection system connecting a plastic component with a metal component has a bushing and a screw with a screw shank and an external thread arranged on the screw shank. The screw is captively guided in the bushing. The bushing, in a screw-connected state of the screw connection system, extends with a first section in a bore of the plastic component and with a second section in an aligned bore of the metal component aligned with the bore of the plastic component. The bore of the plastic component and the aligned bore of the metal component are positioned at an angle relative to a vertical line on joining surfaces of the plastic component and of the metal component adjoining each other in the screw-connected state. The bushing is movable out of the plastic component when screwing the screw into the metal component.

An assembly for receiving a fluid subjected to fluctuating pressure has a housing with at least two housing parts. A tensioning bolt connects the at least two housing parts to each other. An intake manifold for a charged internal combustion engine has an intercooler provided with coolant connectors that is disposed in an intake manifold housing. The intake manifold housing has at least two housing parts including a basic housing part. The intake manifold housing is provided with at least one inlet and at least one outlet for charge air and is further provided with at least one passage for the coolant connectors of the intercooler. The intercooler is arranged between the at least one inlet and the at least one outlet so as to be flowed through by the charge air. The intercooler is fastened in the basic housing part by a fastening device such that the intercooler separates at least on one side of the basic housing part the at least one inlet seal-tightly from the at least one outlet.

The housing consists of housing parts which can be joined together, and at least one first stub for a first heat-exchanging medium being integrated directly into the housing. An intake pipe for intake gas of an internal combustion engine has an intake pipe channel and a flap unit with a flap shaft and a flap fixedly arranged on the flap shaft. The flap unit alternatingly opens or closes the intake pipe channel. A hollow insert body is disposed in the intake pipe channel, wherein the flap unit is arranged in the insert body and the flap is positioned in a hollow interior of the insert body. The insert body has opposite end faces and the opposite end faces are open. The flap shaft extends through opposite walls of the insert body in a radial direction relative to an insert body axis of the insert body. The insert body is rotatable on the flap shaft. A radial inner circumferential side of the insert body widens toward at least one of the open end faces.

A stub connection for a heat exchanger that is arranged in a housing. The stub connection includes a first part which is fastened to the heat exchanger and a second part which has a stub shank extending through an opening in the housing and is seated in a hole of the first part. The stub connection also includes at least two seals. The first seal is an annular seal, which is seated in a groove of the stub shank and the second seal is a gasket, which is arranged between the opening, the stub shank, and the first part. The first seal is seated in the hole and seals between the stub shank and the first part.

A bushing that is circumferentially closed is arranged on the connecting element. A bushing receptacle is provided on the second functional component. The bushing together with the connecting element is arranged in the bushing receptacle for realizing force transmission between connecting element and second functional component. The bushing receptacle has a circumferential side relative to the connecting axis that is provided with an insertion section with insertion opening to insert the bushing from outside of the circumferential side into the interior of the bushing receptacle or to remove the bushing from the interior of the bushing receptacle through the circumferential side.

A charge air cooler includes a housing and a heat exchanger core positioned within the housing. The heat exchanger core includes a first core section, a second core section, and a centrally located section positioned between the first core section and the second core section. The charge air cooler also includes a plurality of coolant circuits. Each coolant circuit extends through at least one of the first and second core sections. The charge air cooler further includes a coolant inlet extending from the centrally located section to deliver coolant to the plurality of coolant circuits, and a coolant outlet extending from the centrally located section to receive coolant from the plurality of coolant circuits. The charge air cooler also includes a fastener extending through the centrally located section of the core to secure the core to the housing.

A shaft penetration of a housing has a bearing receptacle arranged in the wall of the housing. A bearing is coaxially inserted into the bearing receptacle in an insertion direction. At least one claw is disposed on the bearing and the at least one claw extends at a slant to a central axis of the bearing past a radial outer circumferential side of the bearing and has a free end. The free end of the at least one claw is hooked in a direction opposite to the insertion direction in a radial inner circumferential side of the bearing receptacle.

The connecting area and the sealing area are constructed independently of each other and are spatially separated from each other, and the force vectors of the connecting force transmitted by the connecting element and the sealing force transmitted by the sealing element form an angle with each other.
