The present disclosure discloses an optochemical sensor for determining a measurand correlating with a concentration of an analyte in a measuring fluid, comprising: a housing having an immersion region configured for immersing in the measuring fluid; a removable cap having a sensor spot, the removable cap removably arranged at the immersion region of the housing, wherein the sensor spot is disposed on a circumferential face; a radiation source disposed in the housing for radiating excitation radiation into the removable cap, wherein a deflection module is disposed in the removable cap as to deflect excitation radiation radiated into the removable cap; a radiation receiver disposed in the housing for receiving received radiation emitted by the sensor spot; and a sensor circuit disposed in the housing and configured to control the radiation source, receive signals of the radiation receiver, and generate output signals based on the signals of the radiation receiver.

Optochemical sensor and method

The present disclosure relates to an optical sensor having a light source that emits light on a sensor layer, wherein the sensor layer can be brought into contact with a medium, wherein the first sensor layer emits emission light as a function of the incident light and a concentration of a measured value of the medium; a receiver, which receives the emission light; a first light guide, which conducts light from the light source onto a first region of the sensor layer and conducts emission light from the first region of the sensor layer to the receiver; and a second light guide independent of the first light guide which conducts light from the light source onto a second region of the first sensor layer and conducts emission light from the second region of the sensor layer to the receiver.

Optical sensor

The present disclosure relates to a sensor for determining measured values of a measured variable representing an analyte content in a measuring fluid, comprising a measuring probe with a probe housing that comprises an immersion region provided for immersion into the measuring fluid, and a single-layer or multi-layer membrane arranged in the immersion region, wherein the membrane comprises at least a first layer that is formed from a polymer and comprises a superhydrophobic surface that is in contact with the measuring fluid when the immersion region is immersed in the measuring fluid.

Sensor

The present disclosure concerns a membrane for a sensor, such as an opto-chemical or electrochemical sensor, including a polymer layer, for example, one featuring pores or openings, that is permeable to a measuring fluid and/or an analyte contained in the measuring fluid, with a surface designed to be in contact with a measuring fluid, wherein the surface is designed such that, at least in a moist condition of the polymer layer obtained by moistening the surface, a contact angle of a water drop applied to the surface is less than 50&#xb0;, including less than 30&#xb0;, and including less than 10&#xb0;.
