An integral stamped-rolled electrical contact element, comprising: a terminal portion and an adjoining soldered portion for electrically contacting a contact face by a soldered connection. The soldered portion has a sleeve slit in a longitudinal direction. An interior space of the soldered portion is at least one of continuously hollow, interrupted, or at least partially filled in the longitudinal direction.

Electrical contact element

A plug connector for establishing an external connection to a printed circuit board, including at least two angled pin-shaped contacts including a first leg, for making contact with a mating plug connector, and a second leg, for making contact with the printed circuit board, an insulating body for accommodating the contacts at least in the region of the first leg, and a contact carrier for accommodating the contacts at the second leg thereof, wherein the contacts, at the end of the second leg, include a stop acting in the axial direction, and the contact carrier includes through-openings including a counter-stop for the second legs and can be moved in the axial direction of the second legs into a housing and be fixed therein. In this way, all the contacts are located on one plane with respect to the printed circuit board and allow the use of SMD or THR processes.

Plug connector

A multi-pole electric plug connector including a metallic housing. To ensure protective grounding of the housing, a bracket-shaped electrically conducting connector, which is resilient in the axial direction and laterally extends around a contact holder in the housing, and which is axially elastically pushed down by the housing so that contact is made with the housing, and through which a grounding contact extends so as to connect the housing to the grounding contact in an electrically conducting manner.

A sealing wall grommet for a wall of an electrical device, comprising a flange-like installation sleeve for receiving a plug part having electrical contacts, to which there can be connected in a plug-in manner a mating plug part which has a securing screw-in sleeve that can be screwed to the installation sleeve and acts as a pull-out prevention means for the mating plug part, wherein the installation sleeve is designed to receive a plug-in section of the plug part and has an abutment which is connected to the installation sleeve, runs around the outer circumference thereof and has an annular seal for the wall. According to the invention, a tubular tensioning sleeve is provided for tensioning the installation sleeve, which tensioning sleeve has at least one inwardly projecting latching means that cooperates with a mating latching means formed on the outside of the installation sleeve. The tensioning sleeve pre-tensions the installation sleeve against the wall in such a way that the elastic seal is effective and the installation sleeve is movable in the radial direction.
