A system for coupling an implement to a work vehicle includes a controller comprising a memory and a processor, wherein the controller is configured to receive a first signal indicative of a distance between a protrusion of a connector assembly of an arm of the work vehicle and a receiver assembly of the implement. While the first signal is less than a first threshold, the controller is configured to instruct a first actuator to rotate the connector assembly of the work vehicle, instruct a drive system to move the work vehicle toward the implement, instruct a second actuator to lift the arm of the work vehicle, or a combination thereof, such that the protrusion of the connector assembly engages a recess in the receiver assembly.

System and method for coupling an implement to a work vehicle

An accessory mounting system for a work vehicle includes a first mount extending from a lateral side of a body of the work vehicle, in which the first mount is configured to couple to a first end of a rotatable component to rotatably couple the rotatable component to the body of the work vehicle. A connection system for coupling an implement to a work vehicle includes a receiver assembly of the implement configured to couple the implement to a connector assembly of an arm of the work vehicle. The connection system also includes a frame of the implement including a first end having a mounting portion and a second end coupled to a mounting assembly of the implement. The mounting portion of the frame of the implement is configured to couple the implement directly to a frame of the work vehicle. Additionally, the receiver assembly is directly coupled to the frame of the implement between the first end of the frame of the implement and the second end of the frame of the implement.
