A face mask and a method for manufacturing the face mask are disclosed. The face mask comprises a sheet, a first lateral flap, a second lateral flap, a first loop, a second loop and an elastic film. The sheet comprises a central portion, a first lateral portion, a second lateral portion and an opening. The first lateral flap is coupled to the first lateral portion to form a first chamber. The second lateral flap is coupled to the second lateral portion to form a second chamber. The first loop connects to a first strap and is coupled to the first lateral flap. The second loop connects to a second strap and is coupled to the second lateral flap. The elastic film is coupled to the sheet and covers the opening.

Face mask and method for manufacturing thereof

The present application discloses a mask including a sheet, a first loop, a second loop and an elastic film. The sheet comprises a central portion, a first lateral portion, a second lateral portion and an opening. The first loop is coupled to the sheet. The second loop is coupled to the sheet. The elastic film is coupled to the sheet and covers the opening. A method of manufacturing the aforementioned face mask is also disclosed.

A method of making a face mask is disclosed. The method includes providing an elastic nonwoven web continuous in a machine direction, the elastic nonwoven web having a central lane extending in the machine direction; bonding a filtering web to the central lane of the elastic nonwoven web to provide a layered web, the filtering web being continuous in the machine direction and having a cross-web width that is substantially the same as the cross-web width of the central lane; and stamping a face mask into the layered web. A face mask and a continuous layered web having a plurality of face masks disposed thereon are also disclosed.

Dispensable face mask and method of making the same

A system for containing a stack of face masks and dispensing individual face masks from the stack. The system includes a container and a stack of folded face masks. The container has a bottom panel forming a cut-line that defining a flap that is transitionable to an open state to generate an opening in the bottom panel. The stack is disposed within the container, and each face mask includes an elastic sheet forming a central portion and opposing first and second lateral end portions. Each face mask is folded such that a section of the first lateral end portion extends from a first fold line along the central portion. In a dispensing mode, the first lateral end portion of a bottommost folded face mask naturally drops through the opening due to gravity.

Conformable face mask packaging and dispensing systems

A solid state light having a shell forming an interior volume and with surface texture for redirecting light. A light section is coupled to the shell, and a light source board in the light section includes at least one solid state light source such as an LED. The shell, light section, and light source board have apertures for providing an air cooling channel through the light. The solid state light source transmits light into the interior volume, and the light exits from the shell and is redirected by the surface texture, providing for various light distribution curves of the light.

An assembly and method for cleaning a conveyor belt system is disclosed. The cleaning assembly is for removing liquids and solids from an endless conveyor belt, the assembly includes a plurality of laterally extending liquid absorbent material sheets disposed adjacent the belt, with the sheets collectively defining a contact face that is engageable with the belt for wiping liquids from the belt.

Conveyor belt cleaning system

An assembly for cleaning a conveyor belt system is disclosed. The cleaning assembly is for a conveyor belt system with the type having first and second endless belts which each traverse a separate belt travel path and together define a generally upright article transport path between opposed top faces of the belts. The cleaning assembly includes a belt wiping blade assembly for moving liquids and debris from a belt, an absorbent material downstream from the blade assembly for wiping excess liquid from the belt, and belt edge seals disposed between the opposed top faces of the belts along the article transport path.

A low VOC curable water-based coating composition is provided. The composition includes a urethane/acrylic copolymer having a Tg of greater than about 50.degree. C., a polyoxyethylene aryl ether plasticizer, an alkaline-stable crosslinker, and water, wherein the curable water-based coating composition includes less than about 5 wt-% volatile organic compounds, based on the total weight of the composition.

Microcapsules are prepared by dispersing or dissolving an active component or components in a solid matrix-forming material that has been thermally softened to form an encapsulation composition. The encapsulation composition is injected as an intact stream into a quenching liquid to provide solid microcapsules.

Method of encapsulation and microcapsules produced thereby

A method for microencapsulating quaternary ammonium salts by interfacial polymerization. The polar component comprises a quaternary ammonium salt, glycerine, triethyleneglycol diamine, a C 4-10 straight or branched aliphatic compound having two primary amine functionalities, and a C 4-10 straight or branched aliphatic compound having at least three primary amine functionalities. The glycerine-immiscible oil component comprises mineral oil, an aliphatic polyisocyanate and a surfactant. The mole equivalent ratios of primary amine to isocyanate in this reaction is about 0.01-3:1. Microcapsules made by this method are unique and provide surprising benefits in durability, elasticity and barrier properties in resistance to leaching of the microcapsule fill material.
