A dish washing machine includes a tub, which is open at the front and at the bottom, is at least partially made of non-rusting metal and which has walls, a separate housing, and a mounting floor at least partially made of plastic. The tub is placed on the mounting floor to form a washing compartment, and the washing compartment wall is formed from the mounting floor. According to the invention, the visible surface inside the washing compartment of the washing compartment wall formed by the mounting floor has, at least in part, a different appearance than that of the plastic of the remaining mounting floor. The different appearance is obtained by an insert made of stainless steel on the mounting floor.
