A joystick control device including a base and a teeter board supported on the base by at least first and second pivoting mounts, with each pivoting mount guiding relative rotary motion between the base and the teeter board about a respective axis of rotation, and the respective axes of rotation of the first and second pivoting mounts are spaced apart and extend parallel to each other. A handle effects movement of the teeter board, which movement is detected by a sensor arranged to generate an output signal indicative of the position and orientation of the teeter board relative to the base. Third and fourth pivoting mounts having respective axes of rotation perpendicular to those of the first and second pivoting mounts are suitably also provided to enable the device to provide two-axis control.

Joystick

An agricultural tractor having an auxiliary control station located outside of the tractor cab. The auxiliary control station is used for the actuation of tractor components, e.g. hydraulic cylinders, when an operator is outside of the cab. The auxiliary control station has a user interface which allows the external controls of the auxiliary control station to be reassigned to operate different actuatable elements of the tractor, thereby providing for increased ease-of-use of the tractor when an operator is outside of the cab.

Agricultural vehicle having reconfigurable controls

A tractor has a front bonnet which houses an engine and a cooling arrangement, the cooling arrangement having a fan, a radiator, and a mounting plate. The bonnet has a hood and two opposing side parts. A grill is positioned at the front of the bonnet through which air passes and enters the cooling arrangement. An extended fan shroud has a lower part which extends from the bottom half of a fan ring in a forward direction and an upper part which extends rearwards from the upper half of the fan ring towards the radiator over the mounting plate. A flange extends from the lower part of the fan shroud diagonally along opposing sides of the upper part and across the upper part of the fan shroud. The flange has a sealing member. When the bonnet is closed and in contact with the sealing member, two air compartments are defined.

Vehicle cooling arrangement

A vehicle engine cooling arrangement including a fan, a radiator and a mounting plate. The plate provides a fan mounting surface and a radiator mounting surface so that the fan and radiator are in a spaced arrangement. The plate extends from under the fan at the front of the vehicle to under the radiator downstream of the fan and guides air from the fan to the radiator.

An agricultural vehicle having a cooling system comprising a fan. The cooling system is housed in a bonnet of the vehicle. When the bonnet is closed it forms a part of a fan shroud of the fan and directs air in a direction parallel or substantially parallel to the longitudinal axis of the vehicle.

A folding seat has a support structure, a backrest and a seat base. The seat base is pivotally mounted on the support structure for pivoting between a seating position with the seat base extending generally horizontally and the backrest generally vertically, a stored position with the base and backrest both extending generally vertically, and a table position with base and backrest both extending generally horizontally. A first over-centre spring biases the seat base towards its generally horizontal position or its generally vertical position depending on the location of the base. Also, a second over-centre spring biases the backrest towards its generally vertical position or its generally horizontal position depending on the location of the backrest.
