The invention relates to a disk brake for a utility vehicle, comprising a brake caliper, which extends over a brake disk and which is slidably held on at least one guide bar, which is connected to a stationary brake bracket by means of a screw, wherein the screw is fed through the guide bar, is designed in such a way that the guide bar has impressing elements, which are formed on the end face of the guide bar that lies against the brake bracket, at least in a circumferential and/or radial partial region, which impressing elements engage into the brake bracket in an impressed manner in such a way that an interlocking connection and/or a frictional connection is formed.

Disk brake for a utility vehicle

A disc brake includes a brake caliper that engages over a brake disc, the caliper having a central opening over the brake disc. The disc brake has two brake pads which are located in the brake caliper, can be moved in opposite directions and each of which has a pad backing plate with a friction lining secured thereon. An action-side or application-side brake pad of the two brake pads can be pressed against the brake disc by a brake application device with the aid of at least one brake plunger. The brake also has at least one restoring device, by which the brake caliper can be returned. The restoring device has a spreading device which engages on the brake pads lying opposite one another and which acts with an identical force in opposition to the respective application direction. The spreading device has spring-loaded spreading elements, each engaging on its respective pad backing plate. The spreading device is located in the central opening and the spreading elements engage directly or indirectly, outside the friction linings, on at least two contact regions of the brake pads. These regions face each other at a distance from the center. The spreading device has spring-loaded arms which are interconnected in the central region of the opening and connected to a retaining bracket which is attached to the brake support plate.

A disc brake, preferably actuated by compressed air, for a motor vehicle, has a brake caliper which has a brake application section with a brake application device with a rotary brake lever, at least one wear adjusting device for adjusting wear of brake pads, and a brake disc with a synchronization unit which includes an adjusting device, a drive device and a synchronizer. The adjusting device and the drive unit are inserted in each case into a threaded plunger of a spindle unit and are attached by way of a mounting arrangement on a bearing wall of the brake application section of the brake caliper. The synchronization unit is installed with the adjusting device and the drive device as a preassembled group into the brake application section of the brake caliper, wherein the synchronizer is arranged in the region of the mounting arrangements on the bearing wall within the brake application section. A method for installing a synchronization unit is provided.

A disk brake includes a brake caliper and two brake pads, which can be pressed onto a brake disk on both sides and which each have a pad carrier plate and a friction pad fastened thereto. A pad retaining clip, which is retained on the brake caliper and which spans an installation opening, is supported on the brake pads. The pad retaining clip is fastened to a form closure element of at least one brake pad so as to be secured against movement.

An adjusting device is disclosed for adjusting friction surface wear on brake linings and a brake disk of a disk brake. The adjusting device is couplable to a brake application device on the drive side, and to a spindle unit of the disk brake on the output side. The adjusting device includes a drive element on both sides of which a rolling element assembly is axially arranged; a pressure element; an output element coupled to the pressure element for coupling to a coupling wheel; an energy storage element; and a support body, one end of which is connected to a bearing plate and around which the drive element, the rolling element assemblies, the output element and the energy storage element are arranged axially in series with the bearing plate. The energy storage element is arranged between a bearing portion of the support body and the pressure element.

A disc brake for a commercial vehicle, includes a brake caliper having a receiving space for functional elements, a mounting and functional opening of the receiving space being closed by a closure plate through which at least one adjusting spindle extends. The closure plate is fastened to the brake caliper so that it can be non-destructively detached. The closure plate, in a first sub-region, is screwed to the brake caliper and, in a second sub-region, is interlockingly held on the brake caliper.

Disc brake for a commercial vehicle

A disc brake, in particular for a commercial vehicle, has a brake caliper that reaches over a brake disc and is designed as a floating caliper. The brake caliper is fastened to a stationary brake carrier. A brake application device, by which an associated, application-side brake lining can be pressed against the brake disc during braking, is provided, as well as, at least one restoring device having a restoring element, by which restoring device the brake caliper can be brought into an initial position after displacement and release of the brake as a result of braking. The restoring device is designed such that it is retained both in the brake caliper and in the brake carrier on the side of the brake disc opposite the brake application device.
