A percussive therapy device includes a housing, a motor, a reciprocation shaft coupled to the motor and configured to reciprocate when the motor is active, an infrared radiation emitter contained in the housing, and a fan. The housing includes a window including a surface. The fan is configured to direct air along an air flow path, and a portion of the air flow path extends along the surface of the window.

A vibration therapy device that includes a housing that includes a handle portion, a head portion and a module seat defined on the head portion, an electrical source, a motor positioned in the housing, a switch for activating the motor, a push rod assembly operatively connected to the motor and configured to reciprocate in response to activation of the motor, and a therapy module removably secured to the module seat. The distal end of the push rod assembly is configured to removably receive a reciprocating attachment thereon. The therapy module at least partially surrounds the distal end of the push rod assembly.

A hand-held portable temperature-controlled device includes a cylindrical housing comprising an air inlet and an air outlet in fluid communication with each other. A fan can be located within the cylindrical housing, and a heat sink can be disposed adjacent to the fan. The hand-held portable temperature-controlled device can also include a controllable temperature element configured to generate heating and cooling. The hand-held portable temperature-controlled device can also include a heat spreader disposed adjacent to the controllable temperature element and configured to contact a face of a user. A top surface of the heat spreader can be oriented at a non-zero angle relative to a bottom surface of the heat spreader.

A percussive massage device includes a housing. The housing defines a handle portion and a corner where the handle portion meets another portion of the housing. The percussive massage device also includes a motor contained within the housing, a reciprocation shaft coupled to the motor and configured to reciprocate when the motor is active, and a heart rate sensor located at the corner.

A massage head for a percussive therapy device includes a base. The base is configured to connect a massage attachment to a reciprocating shaft of a percussive therapy device. The massage head also includes an end portion that includes a heater. The massage head also includes a medial portion located between the base and the end portion. The medial portion is configured to resiliently bias the end portion away from the base.

A therapeutic system includes a device and an attachment for the device. The device includes an electrical power source and a mount. The attachment can be removably coupled to the mount. The therapeutic system also includes a first electrical connector including a socket and a second electrical connector including prongs configured to fit the socket. The attachment includes either the first or the second electrical connector, and the mount includes the other of the first or the second electrical connector. The electrical connector included by the mount is electrically connected to the power source.
