A system and method for controlling movement of a window in a vehicle door assembly h includes a window actuator operable to move a window relative to a window opening in the door between a first position and at least one second position. The controller is configured monitor the position of the window relative to the window frame and transmit at least one control signal to the window actuator to move the window relative to the window opening in response to activation of the one or more devices. The controller transmits a first control signal to the window actuator to move the window at a first speed in response to detection of a first activation state and a second control signal to the window actuator to move the window at a second speed that is reduced relative to the first speed in response to detection of a second activation state.

System and method of controlling a vehicle window assembly

An apparatus operable to provide a communication link between a passive entry and passive (PEPS) start system of a target vehicle and a user device operable to control the PEPS system, the apparatus comprising: i) a first wireless transceiver adapted to be installed in a first vehicle and configured to communicate with the user device and with a second wireless transceiver associated with a second vehicle; and ii) a master controller module configured in a blind rebroadcast mode: a) to receive via the first wireless transceiver a control message sent from a transmitting source and to transmit the control message via the first wireless transceiver to the second wireless transceiver associated with the second vehicle; and b) to receive via the first wireless transceiver a response message originated by the PEPS system of the target vehicle and to transmit the response message via the first wireless transceiver to the transmitting source.

In one embodiment, a method includes: determining, by a processor, a mode of the sunshade to be at least one of a linked mode and an unlinked mode; and selectively controlling, by a processor, a position of the sunshade based on one of a requested position of the sunshade and a requested position of a sunroof window, wherein the selectively is based on the mode.

The base member has a first end, a second end, and an intermediate portion extending therebetween defining a longitudinal axis. A selectively deployable step member is mounted to the base member. A quick-release clamp that is placed over a pair of waveguide flanges and then locked into place. The device eliminates the need for laborious removal and reinstallation of numerous small nuts and bolts from the waveguide flanges, which are a time consuming component of every maintenance job done on the waveguides. The device consists of a formed clamp that conforms the to the shape and size of a particular waveguide flange pair. The clamp is hinged in one corner and has a securing mechanism in the opposite corner. The inside of the clamp has gaskets than ensure a tight secure fit for the clamp. In this way, a variety of waveguide flanges can be opened and sealed quickly and easily.
