A workout apparatus for use by a user to simulate core movement patterns of bike riding is provided. The workout apparatus includes a base deck, a pair of tubular members coupled to the base deck and in contact with the ground, each tubular member having a convex surface in contact with the ground surface, a frame assembly pivotably mounted to the base deck, a handle bar coupled to the frame assembly, and a pair of hydraulic damper units coupled to the frame assembly and base deck. The user on the base deck grabs the handle bar to perform a pushing or pulling motion, thereby enabling the first hydraulic damper unit or second hydraulic damper unit to provide resistance to movement of the frame assembly.

Workout apparatus for simulating user movement patterns in bicycle sports

A downloadable software application for photography and videography on a mobile communication device is configured to display a first version of an image received through a camera lens of the mobile communication device onto a portion of a touchscreen user interface of the mobile device, wherein a size of the first version of the image corresponds to a size of a viewfinder apparatus on a removable outer case for the mobile device.

A workout apparatus for use by a user to simulate core movement patterns of bike riding is provided. The workout apparatus includes a base deck disposed on a ground surface, a frame assembly pivotably mounted to the base deck and comprising a front portion and a rear portion, a handle bar coupled to the front portion of the frame assembly, and a pair of hydraulic damper units coupled to the frame assembly and base deck, the first hydraulic damper unit coupled to the base deck and front portion of the frame assembly, the second hydraulic damper unit coupled to the base deck and rear portion of the frame assembly. The user on the base deck grabs the handle bar to perform a pushing or pulling motion, thereby enabling the first hydraulic damper unit or second hydraulic damper unit to provide resistance to movement of the frame assembly.

A system for mobile device photography and videography comprises a camera-shaped case configured to retain a mobile device. A lens of the case may be configured to direct an image into a camera lens of the mobile device, with the lens and the camera lens of the mobile device arranged substantially perpendicularly to each other. The camera-shaped case may also comprise a viewfinder that directs any visible content displayed on a portion of the graphical user interface into an eyepiece attached to the viewfinder. Additionally, the camera-shaped case may comprise an eyepiece connected to the viewfinder, a button disposed configured to actuate a camera function of the mobile device, and a cable to be inserted into the mobile device. The system may also include a downloadable software application executable on the mobile device configured to display an image and one or more videography controls on the graphical user interface.

A bicycle and bicycle parking and lock system wherein a hub locking device that is secured to a bicycle cooperates with a parking rack. The bicycle includes an engagement member that is secured to an axle of the bicycle. The engagement member selectively removably cooperates with a recess formed in the parking and lock system. The parking and lock system includes a number of upstanding members that are positioned to generally flank the front wheel of a bicycle to maintain the bicycle in a generally upright orientation. Each or select number of the upstanding members include a lock system that cooperates with the locking engagement member so as to secure the respective bicycle with respect to the parking system.
