Actuation system for a motor

Systems and methods for a variable displacement hydraulic motor. The hydraulic motor, in one example, includes a swash plate with a tilt angle, multiple piston assemblies configured to rotate about a drive shaft. In the motor, each of the piston assemblies includes an inner piston slideably coupled to an outer piston that mates with a cylinder in a cylinder block and a retainer device configured to inhibit axial movement of the outer piston in a first position and permit axial movement of the outer piston in a second position.

Zeroing device

The present disclosure relates to a piston assembly, the piston assembly comprising a cylinder extending along an axis and having an open axial end, a cap assembly closing the cylinder at its open axial end, wherein the cap assembly comprises an insertion portion received in the cylinder at its open axial end, and a piston axially movably disposed within the cylinder and partially received in the insertion portion of the cap assembly. Piston assembly

The present disclosure relates to a coupling assembly for a variable displacement hydraulic unit. The coupling assembly may have a rotatable swashplate, a swashplate bearing including a cage and a plurality of rollers mounted on the cage, a pin fixed to the swashplate, and a coupling member rotatably supported on the pin. The coupling member is configured to contact a portion of the cage to move the swashplate bearing upon rotation of the swashplate.

Coupling assembly for a variable displacement hydraulic unit

A valve assembly and a hydraulic circuit including the valve assembly are provided. The valve assembly comprises a hydraulically actuated valve configured to be biased from a first control position to a second control position by a hydraulic pressure applied to a first fluid port of the hydraulically actuated valve. A first switching threshold pressure required to switch the hydraulically actuated valve to its second control position when applied to the first fluid port of the hydraulically actuated valve in its first control position differs from a second switching threshold pressure required to keep the hydraulically actuated valve in its second control position when applied to the first fluid port of the hydraulically actuated valve in its second control position.

Valve assembly and hydraulic circuit

A piston hydraulic device comprises a cylinder block having a plurality of cylinder assemblies and is rotatable about a first rotation axis. Each cylinder assembly comprises a cylinder and a piston. A port plate has a first port and a second port that are angularly spaced relative to the first rotation axis. A plurality of first conduits connect respective cylinders alternately to the first port or the second port. At least one second conduit is connected to a fluid reservoir. At least one directional control valve is positioned in the first conduit and fluidly connects to the second conduit. The at least one directional control valve connects the cylinder to the port plate in a first position and to the fluid reservoir in a second position. A controller is operatively associated with the directional control valve for switching between the first and the second positions.

Piston hydraulic device

Methods and systems for a bent axis motor are described. In one example, a bent axis motor includes a valve plate coupled to at least one piston of a cylinder block, the valve plate comprising a first plurality of grooves spaced about openings of the valve plate on a first side of the valve plate facing the cylinder block, the valve plate further comprising a second plurality of grooves arranged on a second side of the valve plate facing away from the cylinder block.

Hydraulic orbital machine and method for adjusting an orbital machine

Hydraulic systems and methods comprising a source of hydraulic pressure; a hydraulic load; and an energy recovery circuit. The source of hydraulic pressure is fluidly connected to the hydraulic load through a first hydraulic channel with an orifice. The energy recovery circuit includes a recovery channel which is fluidly connected at its first end to the orifice on the side of it which is connected to the source of hydraulic pressure, and which is fluidly connected at its second end to a hydraulic motor.

The present invention relates to a piston for hydraulic machines with axial positions, comprising a head connected to a stem which is extended along a longitudinal axis and forms a bottom arranged at the opposite end with respect to said head. The piston is further provided with at least one intake duct passing within it and having a first and a second end, which are mutually opposite, open respectively at the head and at the bottom. The distinctive aspect of the invention is that the piston also comprises at least one distribution duct passing within it, which has a first and a second end, which are mutually opposite, the first end of which is in fluid communication with the intake duct and the second end of which is open at the head, the piston being provided monolithically.
