A chair having a backrest having an upper backrest section and a lumbar section, wherein the lumbar section is provided with a plurality of perforations and is elastically deformable to allow a backward tilting movement of the upper backrest section under a backward thrust applied from a user's back, and wherein the perforations stop the backward tilting movement of the upper backrest section in a position of maximum backward tilt of the upper backrest section.

Chair with a flexible backrest

A chair comprising: a support structure including a rigid front fixing element, and an essentially L-shaped seating element, including a seat portion and a backrest portion connected to each other via an arcuate connecting portion, wherein the seat portion comprises a front fixing section fixed to said rigid front fixing element, a main seat section having a concave cross-section and a planar bending section located between said front fixing section and said main seat section and having a flat cross-section.

Flexible chair

A chair comprising a base structure comprising a support, a seat connected to the support via a synchronization mechanism and movable with respect to the base structure between a lowered position and a raised position, and a backrest connected to the synchronization mechanism and movable between an upright position, corresponding to the lowered position of the seat, and a backward-inclined position corresponding to the raised position of the seat, wherein the synchronization mechanism comprises two loop-shaped elastic elements spaced apart in a transverse direction and each comprising a lower portion fixed to a rigid support, an upper portion fixed to the seat, a front elastic portion and an essentially C-shaped rear elastic portion that connect the upper portion to the lower portion, wherein the backrest is fixed to the rear elastic portions of the loop-shaped elastic elements.

Chair with seat and backrest movable in a synchronized way

A chair comprising: a support structure, a seat fixed to the support structure, and a backrest connected to the seat by means of at least one upright of plastic material, wherein said at least one upright is elastically deformable to allow a movement of the backrest between a rest position and a tilted position, wherein said at least one upright is provided with at least one vertical rib having at least one localized bending zone wherein at least one through-cut is formed, which allows bending of the vertical rib, and wherein said at least one through-cut has a first and a second stop surface that come into mutual contact in the backwards inclined position of the backrest to stop the backward bending of the upright, wherein said at least one through-cut has the shape of a closed arched slot, which extends generally along a vertical axis of said upright.

Chair with a tilting backrest

A chair comprising: a base structure having two lateral uprights fixed relative to the base structure, a backrest comprising a support panel, two connecting portions fixed to respective side uprights of the base structure, and two hinge portions located between the support panel and said connecting portions, wherein said hinge portions allow a backward inclination of the support panel about a transverse axis (A) under a backward thrust applied by the user, a seat panel connected to the base structure by at least one guide, which allows a movement of the seat panel with respect to the base structure in a longitudinal direction (B), and at least one elastic connecting element fixed to the support panel and to the seat panel and configured to move the seat panel along said longitudinal direction (B) as a result of the oscillation of the support panel about said transverse axis (A).

Chair with a seat and backrest movable in a synchronized way

A chair comprising a fixed support structure including a pair of front legs and a pair of rear legs, a seat fixed to said support structure, and a backrest including a backrest panel with an arcuate shape connected in a tilting manner to said fixed support structure, wherein said backrest comprises two side connecting elements of plastic material, each of which comprises a cylindrical sleeve fixed to an upper portion of a respective rear leg and a bellows-shaped deformable portion integrally formed with the respective cylindrical sleeve and connected in a fixed manner to a respective side portion of said backrest panel.

A chair with a tilting backrest including two flexible supporting sectional elements set at a distance from one another in a transverse direction, wherein each of said supporting sectional elements is provided with a plurality of through notches that form respective points of localized bending that enable bending backwards of the supporting sectional element, and wherein each of said notches has a first contact surface and a second contact surface that, in the position of maximum inclination backwards of the backrest, come to bear upon one another to stop bending backwards of the sectional element, wherein the projections of said first and second contact surfaces in a vertical plane parallel to the longitudinal axis of the chair are at least partially superimposed on one another in such a way as to prevent visual communication through said notches in a direction orthogonal to said vertical plane.

Chair with tilting backrest

A chair comprising a basic structure, a seat, a backrest, and at least one joint made of plastic material, which connects the backrest to the basic structure, wherein the joint has a first connection portion fixed to or integral with respect to the backrest, and a second connection portion connected to the basic structure, wherein said second connection portion comprises a first and a second arm, which are elongated in a longitudinal direction and are set at a distance from one another in a vertical direction, wherein the first arm has a front portion fixed to the basic structure and is deformable between a resting position corresponding to the resting position of the backrest and a deformed position corresponding to the position where the backrest is tilted backwards, wherein the second arm has a front portion, which is mobile in a longitudinal direction with respect to the basic structure between a first position corresponding to the resting position of the first arm, and a second position corresponding to the deformed position of the first arm, and wherein the second arm and the basic structure are provided with respective arrest elements which limit the extent of the travel in a longitudinal direction of the front portion of the second arm and define an end-of-travel of tilting backwards of the backrest.

Nesting and folding table, comprising a supporting structure including two pairs of legs, a top articulated to the supporting structure about a horizontal axis and mobile between a position of use and a position of storage, and a pair of supporting devices each including an arched guide fixed with respect to the top, a rotatable arm, and a supporting member, carried by the rotatable arm and slidably engaging said arched guide. The first and the second pairs of legs are both fixed to one another and are staggered with respect to one another in a direction parallel to the axis of rotation of the surface. Said arm has a first end that rotatably engages an end of a respective leg and a second end that is connected to said supporting member by means of a joint, designed to enable a movement of rotation of the supporting member with respect to said second end of the arm about at least two mutually orthogonal axes.

Chair convertible into chaise-longue, comprising a stationary base structure, a first support section fixed relative to the base structure, a second support structure movable relative to the base structure and able to be moved from a substantially horizontal position to an inclined position in which the second support section forms an upward extension of the first support section, and a movable support element having a third and a fourth support section, fixed relative to each other and mutually inclined. The movable support element is movable relative to the base structure between a first and a second position. In the first position, the third support section is parallel and opposite to the first support section and the fourth support section extends upwards starting from the third support section. In the second position, the third support section is inclined relative to the first support section and extends upwards starting from a lower end of the first support section and the fourth support section extends downwards starting from an upper end of the third support section.
