A variable displacement lubricant pump for providing a pressurized lubricant for a motor vehicle. The pump includes a pump rotor which rotates about a rotor axis and a control ring which is shiftable. The pump rotor includes a pump rotor shaft, a rotor body having vane slits, and pump vanes which are arranged in and which axially slide in the vane slits. The control ring can be actuated to set an eccentricity of the control ring to define a volumetric pump performance. The control ring defines a pump chamber which is separated by the pump vanes into pumping compartments. The control ring includes a control ring main body, bushing rings which are arranged separately at a radial inside of the control ring main body, and a radial inlet opening and/or a radial outlet opening. The radial inlet opening and/or the radial outlet opening is/are arranged axially between the bushing rings.

An electric fluid pump for a motor vehicle includes an electric drive motor which is brushless and electronically commutated. The electric drive motor includes a permanent-magnetic motor rotor having a motor shaft and at least two rotor poles, each of the at least two rotor poles having one permanent magnet embedded therein, a plurality of stator-side magnetic coils, at least two sensor magnets each emitting an axial magnetic field and each having polarities, and at least one Hall sensor which is arranged to lie eccentrically in a transverse plane so that the at least one Hall sensor detects the axial magnetic fields of the at least two sensor magnets. The at least two sensor magnets are magnetized diametrically. The at least one Hall sensor is arranged to detect the polarities of each of the at least two sensor magnets during one revolution of the permanent-magnetic motor rotor.

Electric fluid pump for a motor vehicle

A vapor pump for an automotive application includes a housing group with a pump housing having a pump chamber, an inlet opening and an outlet opening, and a motor housing having a motor chamber; a rotor shaft made from an electrically conductive material; a pumping wheel made of an electrically conductive plastic material arranged in the pump chamber and mounted on the rotor shaft to rotate therewith to pump the fuel vapor from the inlet opening to the outlet opening; a drive motor arranged in the motor chamber which includes a motor stator, a motor rotor and a motor control unit; a contact plug which electrically connects the motor control unit; and an electrically conductive bearing arrangement which is connected with the contact plug via a conductor. The motor rotor is connected with the rotor shaft to rotate therewith. The electrically conductive bearing arrangement rotatably supports the rotor shaft.

Motor vehicle auxiliary power unit vacuum pump

An automotive electrical oil pump includes an oil displacement pumping unit with a pump rotor which rotates in a pump chamber so as to pump a pressurized oil to an oil recipient, an electric driving motor which drives the pump rotor of the oil displacement pumping unit, an electrical connector plug which electrically connects the electric driving motor to a power source, and a fluid connector. The fluid connector includes a pump inlet which is fluidically connected to a chamber inlet, a pump outlet which is fluidically connected to a chamber outlet, a center front opening, and a ring front opening which is arranged coaxially to the center front opening. The center front opening and the ring front opening define the pump inlet and the pump outlet.

Automotive electrical oil pump

An electrical device includes a brushless one-phase driving motor which drives a mechanical unit. The brushless one-phase driving motor includes a motor rotor which is radially permanently magnetized and which rotates around a rotational rotor axis, a non-symmetric stator back-iron structure which includes a rotor opening for the motor rotor and a lateral bridge portion which magnetically connect two stator poles, a single stator coil which surrounds the lateral bridge portion, a pole separation gap arranged radially opposite to the lateral bridge portion, the pole separation gap magnetically separating the two stator poles, an electronic control device which drives the single stator coil, and a single hall sensor which is electrically connected to the electronic control device. The single hall sensor is arranged approximately radially opposite to the single stator coil with respect to the rotational rotor axis.

An automotive electric fluidic pump includes a brushless and electronically commutated electric drive motor. The electric drive motor includes a permanent-magnetic motor rotor which rotates around a rotation axis and includes rotor poles, stator-sided electro-magnetic coils, a printed circuit board with openings, at least two stator-sided Hall sensors arranged on a proximal side of the printed circuit board to face the permanent-magnetic motor rotor, and a ferromagnetic back iron member arranged at a distal side of the printed circuit board to provide a direct magnetic coupling of the Hall sensors with each other. The Hall sensors are arranged eccentrically to detect axial magnetic fields of the rotor poles. The ferromagnetic back iron member comprises axial protrusions. An axial protrusion extends into an opening of the printed circuit board. Each axial protrusion faces a Hall sensor.

Automotive electric fluidic pump

An automotive electrical oil pump which includes an oil displacement pumping unit with a pump rotor which rotates in a pump chamber to pump oil to an oil recipient, an electric driving motor which drives the pump rotor, an electrical connector plug which connects the electric driving motor to a power source, and a fluid connector. The fluid connector includes a pump inlet fluidically connected to a chamber inlet, a pump outlet fluidically connected to a chamber outlet, a first lateral circular ring opening which define the pump inlet or the pump outlet, and a second lateral circular ring opening or a circular front opening which defines the pump outlet or the pump inlet. The second lateral circular ring opening is provided separate from the first lateral circular ring opening. The pump outlet and the pump inlet are arranged coaxially to each other.

An automotive vapor pump for pumping a pump gas having a fuel vapor. The automotive vapor pump includes a pump inlet opening, a pump outlet opening, an outlet volute, a pump outlet duct which is substantially tangential and which fluidically connects the outlet volute with the pump outlet opening, a centrifugal pumping wheel which pumps the pump gas from the pump inlet opening into the outlet volute and subsequently into the pump outlet duct, an electric motor which drives a pumping wheel, the electric motor including a static motor coil, a magnetic rotor body, and a motor driving electronics which drives the static motor coil, an electric connector plug which electrically connects the motor driving electronics with an external control unit, and an integrated pressure sensor which detects a fluidic pressure in the outlet volute or in the pump outlet duct.

Automotive vapor pump

An automotive auxiliary device includes an electric drive motor which is brushless and electronically commutated. The electric drive motor includes a rotatable motor rotor which defines a longitudinal rotor axis, a motor stator, and at least one stator-sided hall-sensor. The motor rotor includes a rotor shaft, a magnet carrier, and at least one permanent magnet which generates at least two rotor poles. The permanent magnet is fixed to the magnet carrier to provide a free inner space between the rotor shaft and the permanent magnet. The permanent magnet includes an axial protruding portion which axially protrudes from at least one side of the magnet carrier. The motor stator comprises at least two stator coils which are arranged radially around the rotatable motor rotor. The hall-sensor is arranged in the free inner space and is provided as a type of radial rotor detection sensor.

Automotive auxiliary device with electric drive motor

An automotive electric liquid pump includes a pump housing comprising a first longitudinal end and a second longitudinal end, a rotor which defines a longitudinal rotor axis, a pump chamber inlet, a pump chamber outlet, an electric motor, a power electronics chamber, a pump chamber, and a separation wall. The electric motor comprises stator coils arranged at the first longitudinal end. The electric motor drives a pump rotor. The power electronics chamber comprises power semiconductors to drive the stator coils. The power electronics chamber is arranged at the second longitudinal end. The pump chamber is configured to have the pump rotor driven by the electric motor rotate therein so as to pump a liquid from the pump chamber inlet to the pump chamber outlet. The separation wall is arranged in a transversal plane. The separating wall separates the pump chamber from the power electronics chamber.

An automotive electric liquid pump includes a separation can having a radial inside which includes a static bearing ring, a pump rotor, and a motor rotor which rotates in the separation can. The motor rotor includes a radial outside having a cylindrical rotor bearing ring. The static bearing ring of the separation can corresponds to the cylindrical rotor bearing ring of the motor rotor. A first radial slide bearing is defined by the cylindrical rotor bearing ring and the static bearing ring.

An automotive electric liquid pump includes a pump wheel, an EC-motor which directly drives the pump wheel, and a cover disk. The EC-motor comprises a wet motor rotor. The wet motor rotor comprises a ring-like motor rotor cavity, and a motor rotor body comprising a cylindrical rotor body section. The cylindrical rotor body section is permanently magnetized and surrounds a motor rotor cavity which is ring-like. The cover disk is arranged at a longitudinal rotor end opposite to the pump wheel. The cover disk closes the motor rotor cavity.
