A single-pass type drilling machine includes a guide tower, a string of drilling rods, an extension element having an upper end and a lower end with the lower end being coupled with an upper end of the string of drilling rods, a rotary head slidably coupled with the guide tower, and a detection system. The rotary head and the extension element are mutually slidable and arranged to couple with each other in an upper end stop position, where the rotary head is coupled with the extension element substantially at the upper end of the extension element. The rotary head is coupled with the extension element at a lower position with respect to the upper end stop position in at least one locking position. The detection system detects the reaching of the at least one locking position by detecting at least the mutual axial position of the extension element and the rotary head.

An assembly for driving excavating equipment for an excavating machine includes a drive assembly sliding along a mast of a machine, for driving the drilling equipment; and an actuator. The drive assembly includes a first structure with guide members for sliding along the mast; and a second support structure to support the drilling equipment. The first and second support structures are mutually movable. The drive assembly has at least two operating configurations, for setting at least two excavation center-to-center distances. In the operating configurations of the drive assembly, the first and second support structures are mutually rigidly and directly constrained. While switching between operating configurations, the first and second support structures are always directly mechanically constrained to each other. The actuator controls movement between the first structure and the second support structure and carries out further operative functions for driving parts of an excavating machine or drilling equipment.

Assembly for moving excavation or drilling equipment and actuating method therefor

A modular assembly for handling excavating equipment is disclosed. The assembly includes a first rotating table having a main body; one or more motors, each having a pinion, associated with the main body; a bearing having a fixed ring constrained to the main body and a movable ring that is coaxial and rotatable with respect to the fixed ring; a dragging sleeve integrally coupled with the movable ring coaxially to the bearing; a ring gear integrally and coaxially coupled with the dragging sleeve to engage with the pinion and be moved in rotation by the motors rotating integrally with the dragging sleeve and integrally with the movable ring. The assembly also has a second rotating table adapted to be coupled to a continuous excavating propeller; a plurality of accessories associated with the first rotating table so it can be coupled to a telescopic Kelly rod or to a continuous excavating propeller or to a casing and excavating pipe.

Modular assembly for handling excavating equipment for excavating machines, excavating machine, method for converting the excavating configuration of an excavating machine

A tubing device is operatively connectable to an excavation machine. The tubing device comprises a base frame, at least one guiding tower operatively connected to the base frame, and a tube operating unit, operatively connected to the guiding tower. The tube operating unit is slidable along the guiding tower and is provided with engaging means capable of both selectively holding a tube segment, and of transmitting a rotary motion and an axial sliding movement to such a tube segment so as to allow the progressive driving in the ground and subsequent extraction from the ground.

Device for deep driving of tubes having a large diameter

In the auger cleaning device () according to the invention, in the closed configuration the tool-holder support forms a pass-through opening () arranged for allowing the passage of a helical drilling tool (), the cleaning tool () engaging with the screw of the drilling tool () and, actuated by the actuation system (), is arranged for rotating around the drilling tool () following at least one of its threads () so as to remove the debris lying on the drilling tool (). In the open configuration the cleaning tool () is disengaged from the drilling tool () and preferably farther from it, with respect to when it is in the closed configuration.

A cutting/mixing tool for thin diaphragm walls is mounted at the end of at least one drilling rod () moved by a slidable assembly () along a tower (), carried by an operating drilling machine (). The tool () has a body (), which bears in its central part two digging/mixing wheels () provided on the periphery with cutters () and set alongside one another at a minimum distance (d) and coaxial about an axis (x) substantially perpendicular to the direction of digging (z). The wheels () project from slits () of the body (), which contains at least partially means (--) for transmission of motion to the wheels, the devices being positioned externally with respect to the wheels.

Tool for thin diaphragms

A device for measuring the torque or force exerted by a drilling machine during a rotation, driving or lifting of a tool. The measuring device includes an engaging device with a drilling battery or with a shaft of at least a drilling equipment or rotary of the machine the engaging device is susceptible of symmetrically or axial-symmetrically locking the drilling battery or the shaft preventing the rotation and/or the axial displacement in a position in correspondence to the tool. The engaging device is associated with at least a transducer for the detection of at least a maximum torque or of at least a maximum force exerted by the machine; and the measuring device is fixedly constrained to the drilling battery or to the shaft.

Measuring device

An apparatus for drilling the ground, in particular for the installation of foundation piles, includes a drilling turret () with a vertical guiding antenna (), a rotary head for driving drilling batteries including a continuous ground drilling rotary propeller () housed inside at least one covering tube (). A inner drive is adapted to drive said propeller (), and a second external drive is connected to the tube () and allowing movement thereof, a driving cab () for an operator, which includes all the manipulators for operating the machine and the systems for displaying measured parameters. The apparatus further includes a system for controlling the excavation parameters, which is enabled to receive information from the drilling parameter control sensors.

Ground drilling method and apparatus

Equipment serves to form consolidated soil columns having a non-circular cross-section, and includes a mast (), a rotary () which is rotatable and translatable along an axis parallel to the mast, a series of hollow rods () temporarily unlockable from the rotary (), and a device to vary the rotational rate of the rotary in one or more prefixed angular ranges. A rotor () is directly secured to one of the rods of the string and operatively coupled to a device () generating control signals to vary the rotational speed of the rotary in response to the rotor angular position. A through clamp () is mounted to the rotatable mandrel of the rotary and is provided with locking members which can be activated to clamp a rod and make it integral to the rotary, and which can be deactivated to release the rod so as to allow the rotary to move relative to the rod.

Jet grouting equipment

A multi-function machine for drilling, boring, driving and lifting comprising a translation system () which supports a turret () motorized and provided with driving cab. A lattice tower type arm is hinged to the frame of the turret and movable between substantially raised and inclined positions. In at least a first configuration the arm is used as a lifting arm. The free upper end of the arm has a head () having a system of pulleys and/or transmissions for rope (). The arm () can rotate with respect to the turret () to acquire a second configuration of mounting/transport wherein its longitudinal axis is substantially horizontally arranged and turned over toward the front. Ropes and rods are provided () for bringing the arm from the first to the second configuration and vice-versa. The arm () can acquire a third operating configuration wherein its longitudinal axis is substantially vertically arranged; in said third configuration the arm () is a guide for a digger/drill () sliding in a direction substantially parallel to the longitudinal axis of the arm; being also provided an actuator () for maneuvering the arm () at least in the third configuration.

Multi-functional machine adaptable for drilling, boring and lifting

An injection head includes an upper inlet pipe () for receiving fluid from a set of tubular rods which can be mounted above the head, at least a first pipe () having a curved intermediate portion () which connects the upper inlet pipe () to at least one lateral injection nozzle (), at least a second pipe () for conveying a fluid from the inlet pipe () to a lower outlet pipe () which can be connected to a drilling tool. The injection head also has valve (-) which can be actuated to cut off the flow of the fluid towards the lower outlet pipe (). The valve is located in a position downstream of the upper inlet pipe () and above, or upstream of, the lateral nozzles () and the second pipes ().

Equipment for the construction of piles includes a drilling rod and a tool () mounted at a lower end thereof. The tool includes a hollow central shaft () with a door () for the concrete; a screw () integral with the shaft (); a compactor () positioned along the screw (); a base () of semicircular shape provided at the lower end of the screw (); a plate () superimposed under the base () and rotating around the shaft () for alternatively assuming an open position, in condition of excavation wherein it superimposes on the base, and a reclosed position, in condition of compaction wherein it forms a surface circular with the base (). Excavation teeth () are fixed to the lower end of the tool and an additional tooth () is constrained to the plate () that during the casting is outside of the tool in the condition of compaction.

Excavation and compaction equipment for the construction of screw piles

A safety device for the emergency interruption of the drilling maneuvering in a drilling machine is provided with a guide tower or mast () and a device () for realizing the driving in the ground of drilling elements. The device includes at least a frame () fixed to the mast and provided with at least an arm or a door () rotating around an axis (Y) with respect to the frame. A microswitch () is activated by the movements of rotation given to the door () for stopping at least some of the dangerous drilling maneuvering.
