An LED luminaire having a housing positionable at a structure location for providing illumination. At least one first LED light engine is located within the housing. The housing has at least one light output boundary and is configured to direct light therein toward the light output boundary. A light guide is configured to be located at the light output boundary to receive light contained within the housing to emit non-directional light at the light output boundary. The at least one first LED light engine includes at least one first LED light source providing directional light at the light output boundary. The first LED light engine includes a shroud adjacent the light guide providing directional light from the LED light source to a target location beyond the luminaire. The shroud structure provides an optical path from the LED light source through the light guide for providing non-directional light.

Luminaire for emitting directional and non-directional light

Disclosed is an LED luminaire, comprising a housing positionable at a building structure location. The housing has at least one light output boundary and configured to direct light therein toward the light output boundary. A light guide configured to be located at the light output boundary to receive light operationally contained within the housing, so as to emit non-directional light at the light output boundary. At least one first LED light engine is located within the housing, the at least one first LED light engine including at least one first LED light source to emit directional light at the light output boundary.

An LED luminaire comprising: at least one directional light-emitting element configured to emit directional light from the luminaire; at least one nondirectional light-emitting element configured to emit non-directional light from the luminaire, the at least one nondirectional light-emitting element being optically coupled to the at least one directional light-emitting element; and at least one LED light source for emitting light and being optically coupled to at least one of the at least one directional light-emitting element or the at least one nondirectional light-emitting element.

A multi-voltage compatible track system which has a single adapter for both 120 Volts and 277 Volts track systems. The systems further comprise a variable input voltage ballast capable of operating with both 120V and 277V input while operating properly.

An LED downlight comprises a primary reflector having an upper end and an open lower end, an LED printed circuit board assembly disposed in the upper end of the reflector, an optical assembly positioned beneath the LED printed circuit board assembly, a secondary reflective ring positioned beneath the LED printed circuit board assembly and within the primary reflector housing, the secondary reflector ring supporting the optical assembly and improving light distribution.

The present magnetic luminaire attaches to a track through magnetic connectors and provides easy mobility of the luminaires on the track without necessary mechanical attachment mechanisms. The magnetic luminaire incorporates the utilization of LED sources and provides in its design cooling and heat dissipation by the interface between the magnetic luminaire and the track.

A heat dissipation assembly for an LED downlight, comprises an LED printed circuit board assembly having a first surface, a second surface and a plurality of LEDs on one of the first surface and the second surface, the LED printed circuit board assembly engaging a primary reflector on a second surface, wherein the LED printed circuit board assembly transfer thermal energy in a first mode to the heat sink and in a second mode to the primary reflector.
