Locking one-way closure for disposable containers

A disposable container assembly comprises an open top housing for receiving an inner disposable container having a lockable cap and a bracket assembly for permanent attachement to a stationary object and lock latching means for securing the outer container to the bracket and for lockably securing the inner container in a position inside the outer container.

Hospital in-room disposable container

A pass-through closure for disposable receptacles includes a rim for mounting the walls surrounding an opening in a receptacle and a plurality of generally triangular shaped flaps extending inwardly and axially to form a closure having a generally conical configuration enabling passage of articles through the closure in one direction.

One-way pass-through closure

A locking closure for disposable containers includes an annular wall structure defining a container opening and including a radially outwardly extending annular locking ridge with a closure defined by a generally flat circular disc having an axially extending peripheral skirt with an inwardly extending annular locking ridge for forceably extending over and lockingly engaging the outwardly extending annular locking ridge.

Locking closure for disposable containers

A disposable receptacle for disposing of sharp and hazardous objects such as syringes, razor blades and similar objects discarded from clinics and hospitals, includes a generally box-like container preferably constructed of a rigid durable plastic having a circular opening in the top with a neck projecting from the opening and including a closure having a plurality of pie-shaped spring flaps forming a one way closure for permitting the insertion of objects but preventing the withdrawal of objects from the container. Shoulders project upward from the top of the container at each side of the neck with handles extending between the neck and shoulders providing handles for carrying, and forming slots therebetween for receiving a generally D-shaped lock strap member for lockably attaching the container to a vertical support surface preferably at an elevated position to reduce access by children and the like. Grooves are formed around the perimeter of the container for receiving straps for mounting the container.
