The exercise device described herein includes a pair of roll bars in spaced parallel relation thereto and having first and second ends, each roll bar having a curved portion configured to contact a ground surface for performing selected exercises. A handle bar is connected to the roll bars' first ends. A head bar is provided, a portion of which contacts the ground surface, and include a pair of spaced connector arms that extend above the ground surface with ends thereof connected to the roll bars' second ends, forming side rails in spaced parallel relation. The side rails are canted from the roll bars to the head bar at an upward angle relative to the ground surface. A singular material canopy is attached to the head bar and side rails for supporting the head, neck, shoulders, and upper back of a user during selected exercises.

Exercise device

An exercise device for performing exercises employing upper body and abdominal muscles includes a hinge and a pair of guide tracks, each guide track attached to a corresponding side of the hinge. Each guide track includes a central longitudinal slot formed in the guide track, the slot having a plurality of stop positions formed therein, a rotatable pushup handle assembly slidable over the slot between stop positions, and a locking device insertable into a portion of the rotatable pushup handle assembly to lock a lower portion of the rotatable pushup handle assembly in one of the stop positions in the slot, an upper portion of the rotatable pushup assembly still able to rotate while the assembly is in a locked condition.

An exercise device for performing a variety of exercises in both doorway-mounted and floor-mounted configurations is described. The device includes a horizontal bar configured for engagement with a doorframe, a pair of support arms, each having one end attached to the horizontal bar and the other end extending through a doorway, and a pivot bar connected between the support arms. The device further includes a pair of pivot arms configured to be rotated about the pivot bar at their first ends so as to be oriented and secured in a plurality of different angular positions relative to the support arms, and a pull-up bar including at least one grip handle configured to be rotated about the pivot arms at their second ends so as to be oriented and secured in a plurality of different angular positions relative to the pivot arms.

A wheeled exercise device includes a first wheel part and a second wheel part coupled to the first wheel part, with the first and second wheel parts coupled together on a central axle therethrough so as to form a central main wheel with a generally flat center circumference and angled outer circumferential sides. The device includes a pair of handles, each handle extending outward and downward at an angle from the central axle from a corresponding wheel part.

An exercise device for achieving desired abdominal contractions during exercise movement includes a back support and a pair of leg blades removably attached to the back support. The device includes an adjustable back blade attached to the back support and extending upward from the lower end along a centerline of the back support, and a neck support assembly attached to the back blade.

A handle assembly adapted to grasp a bar for exercise includes a J-shaped hook for placement on the bar, a rotation assembly, and a handle attached to the rotation assembly. The handle has an inverted U-shaped bracket with a cross piece defining a grip that is connected between ends of the U-bracket. The rotation assembly is connected between a lower end of the hook and the U-shaped bracket and includes a bearing, the handle being rotatable via the bearing by a user during exercise with the J-hook on the bar.

A push-up exercise unit and device is described which may enable a user to move with his or her body's natural rotation to engage additional muscle groups with reduced stress on joints. The device includes a pair of rotatable devices, one for each hand. Each rotatable device includes a handle assembly, a rotatable handle support structure, a fixed base support, and a bearing assembly operatively attached within the handle support structure to permit rotation of the handle assembly and handle support structure. The handle assembly is removable from a top surface of the handle support structure, to be inserted into another surface of the handle support structure to configure the unit for stowage.
