An attachment element () for the selective pivotal and/or fixed bearing of a power cylinder, comprising a base region () having attachment means () for its attachment on a support structure () and from which two attachment arms () extend opposite each other with a distance between them, the attachment arms () being provided with bearing means () for a pivotal bearing engagement on oppositely placed sides of the outer periphery of the power cylinder (). The base section () is designed with bearing means () for any additional terminal interlocking bearing engagement with the power cylinder () as may be required. Furthermore a cylinder end cap is proposed matching the attachment element ().

Fastening element and adapt cylinder cover of a fluid-actuated working cylinder

A linear drive comprising an elongated housing, whose interior space contains a drive part adapted to move in the longitudinal direction. The housing furthermore has a longitudinal slot, which is provided with a sealing tape extending in the interior space, said tape being lifted clear of the longitudinal slot by at least one guide face arrangement at the drive part. A guided slide is arranged outside the interior space, such slide being coupled with the drive part extending through the longitudinal slot. The guide face arrangement is provided on the drive part and furthermore the part of the entraining member fitting into the receiving socket is in the form of an entraining finger having a free end thereof directed toward the sealing tape.

Linear drive

A fluid power rotary drive device, which possesses two oppositely moving drive pistons and an output drive part in mesh with the same. With the aid of a position presetting means it is possible to preset an intermediate position of the output drive part. For this purpose an abutment unit is provided, which has two abutment parts arranged as an axial extension of the two drive pistons. The abutment unit is able to be moved relatively to the drive piston into a positioning setting, in which the two abutment parts are both in engagement with the respectively associated drive piston, something which corresponds to the desired intermediate position.

Fluid power rotary drive device

A rotary linear unit possesses a rotary drive and a linear drive. A bearing rod is connected with the drive shaft of the rotary drive, such bearing rod extending coaxially into the output drive unit of the linear drive. On the bearing rod a bearing sleeve is mounted so that it may not rotate while being axially displaceable, such sleeve being fixedly connected with the piston of the linear drive. The piston is divided into two axially sequential piston parts, between which the bearing sleeve is located, which extends into facing receiving recesses in the piston parts.

Rotary linear unit

A fluid operated rotary drive, which possesses a drive means having an output drive shaft able to be driven for oscillating motion. On one axial side of the drive means a position detection means is arranged, which possesses an actuating member connected with the output drive shaft and which on rotary motion of the output drive shaft performs an oscillating movement about a pivot axis. The actuating member cooperates with sensors, which may be set on holders. Each holder is arranged on its own setting ring, such setting rings being arranged coaxially in relation to each other with the holders extending away from the drive means. The setting rings are able to be turned in relation to one another and furthermore in relation to the housing for setting the positions to be detected and may be fixed in the settings made.

Fluid operated rotary drive with position detector

A linear drive, on which housing a longitudinally moving output drive part is provided. In the possible path of motion thereof a limiting device is arranged, with which the end or terminal position of the output drive part may be preset. The limiting device comprises at least one holder with an abutment-shock absorber unit. Along the housing a plurality of positioning points is provided, at which support element may be fixed in place, which render possible an interlocking or positive mounting of the holder. The abutment-shock absorber unit is able to be steplessly set in position in relation to the holder. It is in this manner that an exact and reliable adjustment of the path of travel of the output drive part may be undertaken.

A rotary-linear unit from whose front end the operative section of a output drive part projects. This output drive part is drivingly connected both with a linear drive and with an oscillating vane motor. The oscillating vane motor is associated with the rear end of the rotary-linear unit, the linear drive being arranged between the oscillating vane motor and the operative section of the output drive rod. This leads to an assembly which is extremely compact both in the axial direction and also in the radial direction.

Rotary-linear unit

A hydraulic or pneumatic oscillating piston motor has a housing (1), a driven shaft (2) mounted in the housing for rotation and an oscillating piston (3) that is fixed to the shaft. The piston has two lever arms (49,8) having pressure areas of different size, which arms are sealed with respect to the housing (1) dividing the housing (1) into two working spaces (4,5) into which a pressure medium can be introduced. The oscillating piston (3), actuated by the pressure medium, is free to oscillate back and forth through a maximum angle of rotation which is determined by means of a stop (38) and the housing. The first lever arm is designated in the form of a bushing (49) whose shell surface along its external periphery is at least partly surrounded by a coaxial shell seal (64). This seal has uniformly distributed, rib-like sealing lips (75) along its periphery and interacts with a opposite surface (9) attached rigidly to the housing (1). The maximum angle of rotation of the oscillating piston (3) is at least 180.degree. and can be set to smaller maximum angles.

Oscillating piston motor

A fluid driven oscillating piston motor is made up of a housing, a shaft mounted in the housing so that it may be oscillated, and a piston running out from the shaft for turning it. The piston divides a space in the housing into two working spaces that are alternately pressurized and relieved of pressure so that the piston is turned through an angle as limited by an adjustable system of stops. The housing is split up into a shell and a lid therefor. Inner faces of the shell engaged by the piston are free or joins because it is made by molding or pressure casting. The shell and the lid are held together by a band with a clamping effect. The piston is joined to the shaft by means of a bush with internal splines fitted into splines of the shaft. A piston seal placed round the shaft is molded in one piece on the oscillating piston.
