A method of analysing and identifying particles in an input fluid by electrical field analysis preferably in combination with imaging analysis and towards establishing characterises of the particles that can be compared with characteristics of known particles, preferably biologic particles such as bacteria and viruses. Preferably in a focusing step, the particles are focused as in a microfluidic particle sorting cartridge followed by electrical field analysis to determine impedance data. Preferably, the electrical field analysis is carried out in a water and alcohol solution.

Method of identifying biologic particles

A hand cleaning fluid dispenser for dispensing fluid onto a user's hand includes a time of flight sensor to determine a distance of a hand of a user below an outlet of the dispenser from which the dispenser when activated dispenses the fluid and a controller to activate the dispenser to dispense the fluid from the outlet when the hand is sensed to be within a predetermined range of distances below the outlet.

A hand cleaner fluid dispenser, including a reservoir for containing hand cleaner fluid to be dispensed; a dispenser outlet for discharge of the hand cleaner fluid from the reservoir; and a discharge mechanism operable to discharge a drop of the hand cleaner fluid from the dispenser outlet when activated. A levitator device is incorporated into the hand cleaner fluid dispenser, and is operable to levitate the drop of hand cleaner fluid at a position where the drop is accessible to be taken by a user's hand.

There is disclosed a method and apparatus for clearing waste water pipes and/or grease traps clogged with grease, with the method comprising the steps of: providing a dry agent comprising bacteria and enzymes; mixing dry agent comprising bacteria and enzymes with an amount of water sufficient to cause in-situ production of an aqueous mixture; maintaining the aqueous mixture in an activator vessel structure to activate the aqueous mixture for a time sufficient to form an aqueous solvent for cleaning or clearing fatty residues and/or grease; contacting the waste water pipes and/or grease traps containing fatty residues and/or grease with the aqueous solvent to dissolve the grease and/or fatty residues; and thus cleaning the waste water pipes and/or grease traps by biodigesting fatty residues and/or grease deposited in the waste water pipes and/or grease traps.
