A safety helmet is disclosed having a shell and a comfort liner coupled to the inner surface of the shell. The comfort liner is constrained to the front part and to the rear part of the shell, and the helmet has a webbing arranged between the shell and the comfort liner along the upper median portion of the comfort liner. The webbing has a front end constrained to the front part of the comfort liner and a rear end to move the webbing with respect to the shell and cause consequently the change of the overall dimensions of the comfort liner inside the helmet. The webbing is constrained, with respect to the shell, in an operative position corresponding to the overall dimensions of the comfort liner inside the helmet.

A device for removably connecting a lining layer to an inner shock-absorbing portion of a helmet, mainly made of foam is disclosed. The device includes a first element constrainable to the lining layer and a second element constrainable to the inner shock-absorbing portion. The second element has a threaded portion that can be inserted by screwing it in the foam of the inner shock-absorbing portion. The device also includes means for the mechanical snap-fit coupling between the first and the second element.

The intermediate disc-shaped element further comprises constraining means for the removable constraint to at least one of said hooking teeth of the protective visor in order to transmit at least the circular motion of the protective visor, during the raising or lowering thereof, to the same intermediate disc-shaped element, as well as engaging means, at least integrally rotatable with the same intermediate disc-shaped element, for the movable snap fitting with the afore mentioned at least one multiple-seat profile of the support of the lever body.

A helmet is disclosed having a padding element removably constrained to the shell and provided with a first seat so that a first protrusion integral with the shell is reversibly engaged, reversible male-female coupling members to reversibly couple the shell and the padding element, which are adapted to define a hinge point for the relative rotation between the shell and the padding element. The helmet has restraining members to selectively restrain and release the first protrusion in and from the first seat. The restraining members are movable between a first restraint position to restrain the first protrusion in the first seat, so that the relative rotation between the shell and the padding element is prevented. A second disengagement position of the first protrusion from the first seat is also provided so that the relative rotation between the shell and the padding element is allowed.

Disclosed is a device for fastening and adjusting a strap having a base body structured to allow insertion of part of the strap therein, and one ratchet constrained in a rotatable manner to the base body and provided with a coupling portion adapted to engage one corresponding portion of the strap. The device includes first elastic means interposed between the ratchet and the base body to reversibly retain the ratchet in one position of engagement with the strap, and one operating lever to rotate the ratchet from a position of engagement with the strap to a position of disengagement therefrom. The operating lever of the device is constrained on the ratchet in a rotatable manner for one given angular interval. The device also has second elastic means to regulate rotation of the operating lever relative to the ratchet in the angular interval of rotation.

Disclosed is a safety helmet having an outer shell, having a front opening, coupled with an inner shell made of shock absorption material, an anti-dazzle visor constrained to the outer shell and movable between a position of engagement and a position of disengagement with the front opening, and an operating portion of the anti-dazzle visor, integral with this latter, and controlled, through a motion transmission cable, by a control slider coupled to a related guide fastened to the outer shell. The control slider is translatable manually between an inactive position and an active position in which the anti-dazzle visor is arranged in a position of engagement. Advantageously, the motion transmission cable has one end integral with the outer she and the other end integral with the control slider, and engages with a drive constrained to the operating portion of the anti-dazzle visor, for movement of this latter.

Safety helmet of the type comprising a chin guard rotatably pivoted to the shell between a pulled down position, at the lower end of the front opening of the shell, and at least one raised position over said front opening, and at least one reversible locking device of the chin guard in such at least one raised position, the reversible locking device comprising at least one follower, integrally rotatable with the chin guard, and at least one corresponding countering element, constrained with at least one degree of freedom to the shell, or vice versa, such countering element being intended for its engagement with the aforesaid at least one follower at least in proximity of said raised position of the chin guard, as well as means for manually regulating the position and/or the motion of said at least one countering element. Such at least one countering element is movable between at least one locking position, by contrast of rigid parts, of the aforesaid at least one follower, when the chin guard is at or in proximity of its raised position, and at least one disengagement position of such follower from the countering element, the means for regulating the position and/or the motion of the aforesaid at least one countering element allowing or preventing the same countering element to stably maintain the aforesaid at least one locking position by contrast of rigid parts for said at least one follower.

Protective helmet of the type comprising a first outer visor to intercept the viewing aperture of the helmet mounted rotatably on said helmet, a second visor mounted, inside said first outer visor, rotatably on the cap of the helmet, and a device for actuation and mounting of said second visor on said cap, said second visor including a shielding portion and two ends at the sides of said shielding portion and being at least partly elastically deformable. The inner visor comprises, at least at one side end thereof, a fork and, at or in proximity of one or other of the side ends thereof, at least one externally projecting tooth. Correspondingly, said device for actuation and mounting comprises at least one pin for engaging, directly or indirectly, with said fork and at least one circular guide inside which said projecting tooth of said second visor is removably coupled in a sliding manner, said at least one pin and said at least one circular guide being integral and/or integrated with said cap.
