The invention describes an oil-pickup system for an internal combustion engine, especially a one-cylinder diesel engine with at least three oil-pickup tubes (,), which are in communication with the oil pump via a suction tube (,) and which are disposed in the oil pan (,) in such a way that, if the internal combustion engine is in inclined position, intake of air is prevented by the control valves associated with the oil-pickup tubes.

Oil pickup system for an internal combustion engine, notably a single-cylinder diesel engine

The invention relates to an internal combustion engine, in particular a one cylinder diesel engine, with a fuel injection system. The engine is provided with a mechanical control device comprising an actuator and a control element for automatic interruption of the fuel supply in case of a lack of lubricating oil. The control circuit actuator is equipped with a vacuum advance (15) with a membrane (12) for the pressurization of a closing tappet (10), in which a pressure chamber, formed by the membrane (12) and the vacuum advance (15), is open to the atmosphere. In addition, the control conduit (18) is equipped with a connection (20) on the side of the oil circuit and a connection (22) on the side of the crankcase, in order to produce a depression the control unit.

Device for interrupting the fuel supply

A reciprocating piston engine, in particular a single-cylinder Diesel engine (2), has an air filter (1) in the suction pipe (3). To service the same, a pressure gauge (13) is arranged downstream of the filter cartridge (7), in the direction of flow. A check valve is provided at the measurement site or in the measurement pipe (12) between the measurement site and the pressure gauge (13).
