An adhesive composition is described comprising a polyisobutylene polymer component; and up to 30 wt.-% of at least one aliphatic multifunctional component comprising at least two ethylenically unsaturated groups selected from (meth)acryl or vinyl ether. The monomer comprises a hydrocarbon moiety with greater than 12 contiguous carbon atoms. When the hydrocarbon moiety is branched, the hydrocarbon moiety comprises side chains with at least two carbon atoms. The aliphatic multifunctional component is sufficiently compatible such that crosslinked adhesive composition at a thickness of 20 microns has a haze of less than 3%. Also described are adhesive articles.

An OLED display including a display panel and a color-correction component is described. A plurality of comparative display panels otherwise equivalent to the display panel but having one or more different optical thicknesses of OLED layers have a maximum white-point color shift from 0 to 45 degrees of WPCSand a white-point axial efficiency of WPAE. The plurality of comparative display panels defines a performance curve along a boundary of performance points. The OLED display and the display panel have respective maximum white-point color shifts from 0 to 45 degrees of WPCSand WPCSand respective white-point axial efficiencies of WPAE and WPAE. WPCSand WPAEdefines a performance point of the display panel to the right of the performance curve and WPCSand WPAE defines a performance point of the OLED display above or to the left of the performance curve. Methods of making the OLED display are described.

Optical bodies are described. In particular, optical bodies having a birefringent multilayer optical film and a continuous adhesive layer with a thickness less than 20 micrometers are described. Optical bodies described herein exhibit reduced occurrence and severity of a non-uniformity defect known as 'orange peel.'

A composition is described comprising a styrene-isobutylene block copolymer; and at least one ethylenically unsaturated monomer. After curing the composition comprises polymerized units of the ethylenically unsaturated monomer. In some embodiments the ethylenically unsaturated groups are selected from (meth)acryl or vinyl ether. The composition is suitable for use as a (e.g. pressure sensitive) adhesive. Curable adhesive compositions are provided that can be cured using ultraviolet or visible light radiation. These curable adhesive compositions, which contain a curable (meth)acrylate copolymer, have a creep compliance that is less than 5(10) inverse Pascals at 25&#xb0; C., a creep compliance that is greater than 1(10) inverse Pascals at 70&#xb0; C., and a shear storage modulus greater than 40 kiloPascals when measured at 25&#xb0; C. at a frequency of 1 radian/second.

The present invention is an assembly layer for a flexible device. Within a temperature range of between about &#x2212;30&#xb0; C. to about 90&#xb0; C., the assembly layer has a shear storage modulus at a frequency of 1 Hz that does not exceed about 2 MPa, a shear creep compliance (J) of at least about 6&#xd7;10/Pa measured at 5 seconds with an applied shear stress between about 50 kPa and about 500 kPa, and a strain recovery of at least about 50% at at least one point of applied shear stress within the range of about 5 kPa to about 500 kPa within about 1 minute after removing the applied shear stress. The assembly layer includes at least one of a polyisoprene, a polybutadiene, an olefin block copolymer, a polyisobutylene, and high alkyl polyolefin.
