A high-power plug connection system has a cable connection housing for connecting at least two electric high-power plug connectors in order to transmit and/or distribute a high current strength and/or a high electric voltage. The cable connection housing receives at least two insulating bodies for receiving at least one respective high-power contact and at least one electrically conductive rail in an interior. The rail is designed to establish an electrically conductive connection between the at least two high-power contacts, and the insulating bodies protrude at least partly out of the interior through a respective housing opening and into a connection region, the connection region being designed to receive the high-power plug connector.

High-power plug connection system

A high-power plug connection system comprises a cable connection housing for connecting at least two electric high-power plug connectors in order to transmit and/or distribute high current strengths and at least two insulating bodies for receiving a respective high-power contact and at least one electrically conductive rail. Longitudinal axes of the high-power contacts are generally arranged on one plane in an offset manner from each other, and the high-power contacts are connected together in an electrically conductive manner by means of an electrically conductive rail, said at least two high-power contacts being provided with a recess into which the electrically conductive rail is at least partly inserted.

An add-on housing is provided comprising a frame-shaped basic shape which encloses a receiving region for receiving a contact insert or a holding frame fitted with plug-in connector modules, wherein at least two fastening surfaces having fastening openings are integrally formed on the outside of the frame-shaped basic shape, wherein the add-on housing has snap-fastening means or devices which engage through the fastening openings in order to mechanically fasten the add-on housing to a through-hole in a device wall. A method for fastening an add-on housing to a through-hole in a device wall is also provided, wherein: the add-on housing has fastening openings which are in alignment with corresponding fastening openings in the device wall; snap-fastening means or devices having a box-shaped main body and having opposing and resiliently mounted base portions laterally protruding from said main body are inserted into the mutually aligned fastening openings in the add-on housing and the device wall; the base portions, upon insertion into the fastening openings, are first pressed into the box-shaped main body and then extend to engage the device wall.

Add-on housing of an electrical connector

An interface for electrically contacting a printed circuit board housed in a housing is formed as a double-sided and/or two-part interface by a first interface having at least one first contact element which is brought into electric contact with at least one terminal of the printed circuit board; a second interface having at least one second contact element corresponding to the first interface and arranged on an opening of the housing in a stationary manner such that the first and second contact elements are brought into contact with each other. The second contact element provides a terminal which can be contacted from outside the housing, wherein plug-in and/or pulling forces acting on the terminal are received by the second interface and/or the housing. The second interface is designed for connecting a plug connector on the housing exterior, and the first contact element is provided by a stamped bent contact.

Interface for a printed circuit board

Disclosed is an electrical connecting apparatus for supplying power to cars which are coupled to one another, including a first plug-in connector to which at least one cable is connected, and a corresponding second plug-in connector which is intended to be fastened to a car wall, in particular in a vertical lateral wall. The first plug-in connector and the second plug-in connector are each provided with one or more corresponding first contact elements or second contact elements which can be plug-connected in an insertion direction (A), and the cable of the first plug-in connector exits from the first plug-in connector in a first cable outlet direction (B) which is angled away in relation to the insertion direction (A). Also disclosed is a rail vehicle having at least two coupled cars, wherein each of the two coupled cars is provided with at least one electrical connecting apparatus as above described.

Electrical connecting apparatus for supplying power to coupled cars of a rail vehicle

Disclosed is a plug-type connector having a housing having at least one electrical contact element held therein, a locking ring and a union sleeve. The union sleeve and the locking ring are each arranged on the plug side of the plug-type connector, wherein the union sleeve can be moved axially and interacts with the locking ring. The union sleeve has a circumferential undercut and a circumferential groove adjoining the undercut, wherein the undercut is arranged on the union sleeve in the direction of the connection side and the groove is arranged on the union sleeve in tire direction of the plug side. The plug-type connector also has a seal, which serves simultaneously as a vibration damping system, a locking system and a protective system.

A device for leading cables through a wall orifice of a switch cabinet includes a one-piece housing with a strain relief element attached to an inner side of the housing. An assembly window is provided on an opposite side, through which assembly window the strain relief elements can be actuated. The closing of the window by a cover causes seal elements to be compressed and the cables to be sealed to the housing.

The present disclosure relates to the field of modular plug connectors and in particular to a configuration in which different types of contacts are combined in a modular plug connector. To present a solution with which it is possible to combine different types of contacts in a space-saving manner, a module system for a modular plug connector comprising a module block to be received in the modular plug connector is proposed, wherein the module block is designed with a plurality of contact receptacles which are each provided to receive a contact of a first type, and an adaptation component which is designed to be received in one of the contact receptacles of the module block, wherein the adaptation component is provided to receive a contact of a second type, and wherein the contact of the second type has a smaller cross-section than the contact of the first type.

Module system for modular plug connectors

Disclosed is a protective separator for a rectangle plug connection, which is appropriate for cost-effective and uncomplex retrofitting to existing rectangle plug connections, and permits the deliberate and reversible separation of the plug connection in response to increased mechanical loading, in order to prevent mechanical damage and, optionally, to permit the most rapid resumption of operation possible. This disclosure includes a protective separator for a rectangle plug connection, having a bulkhead mounted housing having a first region and a second region, wherein the first region is directly attachable to a surface and/or to a surface mounted housing, and wherein the second region can be locked onto a mating plug housing, wherein the first region and the second region can be mutually separated in a reversible manner by the action of a predefined tensile force.

Protective separator for a right angle plug connection

Disclosed is a connection element, which includes a contact element and an actuating element and serves for mechanically and electrically contacting a conductor. The contact element has at least one contact arm, which is designed for spring-loaded clamping of a conductor on a contact surface. The connection element can be transferred into different open or closed states by a driver on the contact arm and by a guide contour in the actuating element.

A connecting device for electrically connecting a three-phase motor having three windings (U, V, W) to a three-phase network. The connecting device comprises a mains connection unit () for connecting the phase lines (L, L, L) of the three-phase network, and a motor connection unit () for connecting the six winding ends (U, U, V, V, W, W) of the three-phase motor. An exchangeable coupling module (') is furthermore provided, which is arranged between the mains connection unit and the motor connection unit and contains contacts and wiring elements electrically connecting the six winding ends (U, U, V, V, W, W) in a predefined manner to the three phase lines (L, L, L) of the three-phase network.

Connecting device for electrically connecting a three-phase motor

A device for securing a connector in an insulating module housing particularly a USB connector is disclosed. The module housing contains a connection region with at least one location spring arranged therein, wherein the spring end of the location spring is aligned in the connection direction. The spring ends protrude into the connection region so that connectors with non-standardized outside dimensions, inserted between the spring ends are prevented from falling out of the module housing.

Device for securing a connector

The invention proposes a locking device for a two-part connector housing. This locking device consists of two locking elements in connection with an actuating handle. The locking elements respectively consist of a one-piece wire element and feature on one end a part that is shaped in the form of an open eyelet and serves for encompassing a bearing pin of a first connector housing half. On the other end, they feature a part that is shaped in the form of an indentation and serves for producing a snap connection with a locking pin of the second connector housing half. Since the locking elements are manufactured of a flexible spring steel wire, they can be elastically bent such that they can be pushed over the bearing pins of an existing connector housing half and engaged at this location in order to allow the retrofitting of an already installed connector with a locking device with superior environmental resistance.

Locking device

The invention proposes an interlocking device for a two-part plug connector housing that is composed of two punched and bent one-piece interlocking elements in connection with an exchangeable actuating handle. In this case, the interlocking elements feature a clip-on side, by means of which they are engaged in the actuating handle, and an interlocking side that is realized in the form of a C-shaped spring element, rotably held on a pivot pin of the lower plug connector housing half and can be interlocked on a locking pin of the upper plug connector housing half.
