A wireline standoff can include a base comprising a base body having a base channel that traverses a thickness of the base body along its length, where the base channel has a width and a depth that are large enough to receive the wireline. The wireline standoff can also include an end piece having an end piece body having an end piece channel that traverses a thickness of the end piece body along the end piece length, where the end piece channel has a width and a depth that are large enough to receive the wireline. The base and the end piece are in a default position when the base channel and the end piece channel are aligned and in a secured position when the end piece is moved relative to the base so that the base channel and the end piece channel are misaligned with each other.

An alignment tool is used to install an instrument onto a vessel. The alignment tool includes a semicylindrical body having an inner surface, an outer surface, a process end surface, and an instrument end surface. The inner surface comprises a process bearing surface, an instrument bearing surface, and a ring bearing disposed between the process bearing surface and the instrument bearing surface. The ring bearing comprises a first fastener aperture, a second fastener aperture, and a ring bearing surface having an alignment feature.

A valve extension tool is configured to operate a hand wheel of a valve. The valve extension tool includes a handle configured for operation by a first operator and a pipe assembly connected to the handle. The pipe assembly includes a proximal pipe segment connected to the handle, a crank connected to the proximal pipe segment and configured for operation by a second operator, and a distal pipe segment connected to the crank. In addition, the valve extension tool includes a front pipe segment connected to the distal pipe segment of the pipe assembly. Further, the valve extension tool includes a joint connected to the front pipe segment, wherein the joint is configured to engage a hand wheel of a valve.

A portable valve handwheel tool includes a main drive arm that is configured to rotate a valve handwheel. The main drive arm includes a first drive spoke having a first retainer configured to engage a first spoke of the valve handwheel. The main drive arm further includes a first plate and a drive hub that extends from a broad side of the first plate of the main drive arm. The portable valve handwheel tool also includes a second drive arm having a second drive spoke with a second retainer. The second retainer is configured to engage a second spoke of the valve handwheel. The second drive arm further includes a second plate having a second center hole that allows the drive hub to pass therethrough. The portable valve handwheel tool also includes a locking mechanism that attaches the main drive arm to the second drive arm.

A portable wire management ring configured to secure wires. The wire management ring includes an outer housing that has an outer housing base in a ring shape, the outer housing including a wire clamping region that is disposed along a circumference of the outer housing, and an outer housing cover that is attached to the outer housing base. The inner securing ring includes a plurality of notches that are configured to secure a plurality of wires passing through the wire management ring, respectively.

Disclosed is a fall protection device, and methods and systems for using the device, that can be attached to a structural beam at elevated heights. The device includes an upper component and a lower component adapted to fit together around the structural beam, and a pair of quick release pins for passing through a pair of transverse openings in the upper component and the lower component. The upper component has a generally L-shaped profile and includes a horizontal leg having a slot in the lower surface along the length thereof for receiving an upper portion of the lower component having a thickness less than the slot thickness. The device includes at least one transverse opening through the upper and/or lower component for tying off one or more safety lines. The upper and/or lower component includes vertically and horizontally oriented rollers for moving the device along the structural beam when attached.

Disclosed is a deconstructable water storage tank assembled using modular components including wall panels, a base ring and a membrane for use in large volume fluid transfer operations such as hydraulic fracturing. Also disclosed are methods and tools for assembling the tank for use at a first hydraulic fracturing site, and disassembling and transporting the tank components for redeployment at a second hydraulic fracturing site. A fluid management system is also disclosed utilizing the deconstructable storage tank.

Modular tank construction and deconstruction methods and tools for use therein

Disclosed are devices and methods useful for installing a liner and/or a gasket at the base of a tank, e.g., between the horizontal lips of a tank base chime and a tank wall panel. Devices including hollow cylindrical cutters are used to puncture the liner and/or gasket material. In one device, a depressable pedal causes the hollow cylindrical cutters to move upwardly to puncture the liner and/or gasket material. In an alternative device, at least one pneumatic cylinder causes the hollow cylindrical cutters to move downwardly to puncture the liner and/or gasket material. Another device installs bolts through the horizontal lips of the tank base chime and tank wall panel and the punctured liner and/or gasket material there between.

Methods and devices for installing tank liners and gaskets

Disclosed is a connection fixture capable of attaching without the use of bolts to a substantially planar structure having a plurality of vertical holes therein to be lifted to facilitate the lifting thereof. In one embodiment, the connection fixture includes first and second bracket portions capable of interlocking with one another and securely holding the substantially planar structure. In the interlocked position, the connection fixture has a pair of generally C shaped lips which surround the edges of the substantially planar structure, a pin which engages a vertical hole in the substantially planar structure, and a pair of aligned transverse holes. A shackle can be secured through the aligned transverse holes in the connection fixture.

Connection fixture for attaching to a substantially planar structure and a method for use thereof

Disclosed is a connection fixture capable of attaching without the use of bolts to an upper portion of a structure to be lifted to facilitate the lifting thereof. In one embodiment, the connection fixture includes an outer angle iron and an inner angle iron attached in a vertically slideable relationship with respect to one another between an open position and a closed position. In the open position, the connection fixture can be positioned to engage a plurality of holes in an upper horizontal lip of the structure to be lifted. In the closed position, the upper lip is securely captured between the outer angle iron and the inner angle iron. A shackle can be secured through holes in the connection fixture. In another embodiment, the connection fixture includes first and second planar elements between which can be captured an upper portion of the structure to be lifted.
