A pig routing insert or drain is used in various subsea systems having a block structure, e.g., block manifolds, with a plurality of perforated fluid passages. The insert generally includes a substantially unrestricted flow opening configured to allow substantially unrestricted fluid flow and passage of a cleaning pig, and a partially restricted opening having at least one pig blocking structure, in which the partially restricted opening is configured to allow substantially unrestricted fluid flow through the partially restricted opening whilst blocking the passage of the cleaning pig through the partially restricted opening. A method for manufacturing and installing the pig routing insert or drain in a machined block manifold includes positioning a manufactured pig routing insert at an intersection of first and second perforated fluid flow holes formed in a body of a structure and fastening the manufactured pig routing insert within the intersection in the body.

A tool for mechanically unlocking a subsea hydraulic connector which is configured to releasably connect a first subsea component to a second subsea component. The connector includes a housing which is secured to the first subsea component, a locking piston which is positioned within the housing, and a number of locking jaws which are configured to be engaged by the locking piston. The locking piston is movable between a locked position in which the locking piston forces the locking jaws into engagement with the second subsea component to thereby secure the connector to the second subsea component, and an unlocked position in which the locking piston releases the locking jaws from engagement with the second subsea component to thereby disconnect the connector from the second subsea component. The tool includes a number of transportable actuators which are positionable into an operable position adjacent the connector, and activation of the actuators causes the locking piston to move from its locked position to its unlocked position to thereby disconnect the connector from the second subsea component.

An integrated function metallic block is capable of integrating into a single metal block the functions of valve blocks, block of hydraulic components of the pumping system, channels for transporting produced and separated fluids, flanges for choke connections and sensors, connection fittings and other components capable of being manufactured mutually within a single metallic block. The integrated function block is composed of complex geometry circuits having curves, slants and connections with other channels occurring within the block mass, and is preferably manufactured through the powder metallurgy process of hot isostatic pressing to obtain complex geometries having the lowest possible weight.

A wet Christmas tree (WCT) is segmented into a lower safety module containing safety valves and an upper multifunctional module for controlling the flow and/or pumping and/or subsea processing. The WCT can be applied to completion systems using completion mode with tubing heads or directly on the wellhead. The modular WCT can be used in oil and gas production well applications or injection of water and/or gases in subsea fields in shallow water to deep water.

The present invention refers to a shared actuation system to place tools on any subsea valve interface on an oil production station located in a subsea structure, such as a manifold. The system comprises a connection device for connection to the subsea structure, attached to the connection device at least one structural element, all connected to each other through rotary joints, providing at least two degrees of freedom for a distal end of the structure elements where an actuation tool is positioned, for interaction with the valve interfaces on the subsea structure, where the structural elements further is connected to a sail element.

Equipment for connection of subsea pipelines in block architecture and oil drilling system

An integrated compact station of subsea separation and pumping systems of fluids, which is suitable for use in any subsea system, that is for the separation of fluids and/or solids. The compact integrated station includes a first separation module and a second pumping module of reinjection water, and a harp as a gas-liquid gravitational separator. Additionally, the compact integrated station includes a robotic arm installed on a cover involving said first separation module and a liquid-liquid gravitational tubular separator module. The integrated compact station may be applied to any subsea system of separation of fluids connected to the well of oil and gas production, or alternatively, installed directly connected to the production manifold.

The present application refers to a connection for connecting hydraulic tubing as used by subsea devices, by using a shaped memory alloy material. The sleeve connection made of a shaped memory alloy material is originally manufactured with an internal diameter shorter than the external diameter of the tubing, internally has a cover material made of dielectric material and, most internally, has a layer of an anti-corrosive material which is contiguous to the external face of said tubing The layer of an anti-corrosive material internally has protruding portions designed to grasp the external surface of the tubing, forming streaks.

A system includes a manifold and a shared valve actuation system that is operatively coupled to the manifold at a single location. The manifold is comprised of a block with at least one drilled header hole formed within the block, a plurality of drilled flow inlet holes formed within the block, wherein the number of drilled flow inlet holes corresponds to the number of external flow lines that supply fluid to the manifold, and a plurality of isolation valves coupled to the block, the valve element for each of the isolation valves positioned within the block. The system includes an arm that rotates about an axis that is normal to an upper surface of the block of the manifold, a plurality of structural elements that are coupled to one another via rotary joints, and a tool that engages and actuates one of the plurality of isolation valves.

Manifold and shared actuator

A recoverable module is configured for subsea environments, and is suitable for use in the processing of fluids linked to the oil industry, and subsea fluid separation equipment or equipment involving any process performed through liners. The recoverable module for subsea environments includes a separating vessel provided with an inlet and two underflow and overflow or tailing outlets, in addition to a cover which has a set of removable liners fastened to its interior.
