A case for a mobile device includes a frame and an elastomeric shell. The elastomeric shell is received in the frame and has an outer surface, an inner surface opposite the outer surface and configured for receiving the mobile device, and a rim extending between the outer surface and the inner surface. The inner surface forms inner projections each having an inner extremity extending toward an inside of the elastomeric shell and each being configured for contact with the mobile device when arranged in the inner surface. The outer surface forms outer projections defining respective outer projection extremities and forms outer troughs extending between the outer projections and defining outer trough extremities. The outer projections extend toward a frame inner perimeter of the frame such that each of the outer trough extremities is spaced further from the frame than adjacent ones of the outer projection extremities.

A holder () for a mobile electronic device includes a case portion (), a connection member (), and a handle (). The case portion is configured for holding the mobile electronic device. The handle is rotatable about the connection member. The connection member includes a first flange () on a first side of the connection member and a second flange () on a second side of the connection member opposite the first side of the connection member. The first flange is spaced from the second flange such that a first portion of the handle is held in an axial position relative to the case portion by the combination of and between the first flange and the second flange. The connection member is a single body. An entirety of the connection member is removable from the rest of the holder through the handle.

A case for a mobile device, including first, second, third, and fourth sides, each with inside and outside surfaces opposite to each other. The inside surfaces of the first and second sides face each other. The inside surface of the third and fourth sides faces each other. The first and second sides are arranged between the third and fourth sides, and the third and fourth sides are arranged between the first and second sides, so that the four sides form at least part of a frame configured to surround a periphery of the mobile device. At least one of the inside surfaces of the first, second, third, and fourth sides includes triangular protrusions that have a triangular cross section and extend toward the inside of the case, so that an apex of each of the triangular protrusions contacts the mobile device when it is arranged inside the case.

An adjustable case for a mobile electronic device. The case has a bottom including a main chassis, a fixed holding member fixedly connected with the main chassis, a sliding holding member slidedly connected to the main chassis to slide back and forth, and a tension mechanism biasing the sliding holding member towards the fixed holding member so that the fixed holding member and the sliding holding member squeeze the mobile electronic device when fitted in the case. A plurality of friction members is fixed to a mobile-device-facing surface of the case bottom so that the friction members contact a bottom of the mobile electronic device when the mobile electronic device is fitted in the case. A plurality of raised corner sidewalls is also provided, each sidewall arranged at a corner of the main chassis to extend in a mobile-device-facing direction from the mobile-device-facing surface of the bottom of the case.
