A position-adjustable, dual-pod control system for a machine, such as a backhoe loader is disclosed. The system includes a horizontal cross beam connected to a pair of brackets. The pair of brackets are mounted to the machine by way of a pair of bearings that enables pivotal movement of the cross beam in the fore and aft directions while the cross beam is positioned perpendicularly to the fore and aft direction or the fore-aft centerline of the machine. The bottom end of each pod arm is pivotally coupled to the brackets thereby enabling the pod arms to be pivoted towards or away from the centerline. Each bracket includes a through hole that accommodates a bearing that is mounted to the machine, such as to the floor of the machine.

Multi-directionally adjustable control pods

A vehicle includes a frame and an operator cab. At least one mounting assembly releasably mounts the cab to the frame. The mounting assembly is operable between a coupled position such that the cab is mounted on the frame, and an uncoupled position such that the cab is permitted to be moved relative to the frame. At least one hinge assembly releasably pivotally connects to the frame and the cab. The hinge assembly is operable between a connected position such that the cab is pivotally connected to the frame, and an unconnected position such that the cab is pivotally unconnected to the frame. The hinge assembly cannot be placed in the connected position when the mounting assembly is in the coupled position.

Operator cab tilting apparatus

A window latching arrangement for the first and second window portions of an operator's compartment of a work machine includes an access door housing the first window portion, first and second latching assemblies, each associated with the respective first and second window portions, and a plurality of lock and release mechanisms associated with the first and second window portions. The first window portion is pivotably connected to the access door for opening movement independent of the access door. The first and second window portions can open and pivot one toward the other and the first and second latching assemblies will engage and hold the window portions together until one of the latching assemblies is released.
