A system of decorating a housing that includes a base and a plurality of decorative elements. The decorative elements are irremovably disposed on or partially in the base. The width and depth of the base is less than or equal to the width and depth of the bottom inner surface dimensions of the housing such that the bottom inner surface area of the housing is entirely covered by one or more bases.

Ornament assembly

A method for decorating a housing using a decorative ornament assembly includes a base and plurality of decorative elements irremovably disposed therein. The width and depth of the base is less than or equal to the width and depth of inner surface dimension of the housing such that the bottom inner surface area of the housing is entirely covered by one or more bases. A decorative elements on the decorative ornament assembly is configured for use in easy removal of the assembly from the housing.

Assembly

A packaging arrangement for 30 mm&#xd7;173 mm ammunition rounds. The packaging arrangement has a heavy duty standoff device of defined height, which standoff device mounts a very high strength support plate and a heavy duty restraining plate. The support plate has through holes (of diameter slightly less than the rounds defined maximum diameter) to hold the rounds of in an upside down position and from sliding/moving. The height of the standoff device keeps the rounds from being able to touch the bottom of the metal box. The restraining plate has multiple recessed areas sized to accommodate the back ends of the said rounds. The packaging arrangement is lowered into a metal box with handles for carriage purposes. On top, there are Homosite filler pads, and the box accommodates a top lid.

System and method for tracking inventory

An improved 25 mm linked cartridge IM ammunition storage system, using existing ammunition cans, that simplifies the design of the storage system, and utilizes standoffs to separate the base of each cartridge from the ends of the ammunition can&#x2014;thereby allowing the cartridges base IM venting system to vent properly, avoiding pressure build-up, and reducing the risk of explosion or detonation of the propellant.

Tracer visibility of APFSDS projectiles can be enhanced through a combination of increased steady state spin rate, reduced muzzle obscuration, and optimized airflow over the stabilizing fin geometry of the sub-projectile. The preferred means to increase steady state spin rates of the sub-projectile is to incline or deflect the fin blade tip portion, creating a larger, hotter burning, tracer plume.
