A system and method for braking a flat-towed vehicle based upon a braking pressure of a braking fluid in a braking circuit in the towing vehicle, the method includes measuring a piezoresistor voltage drop across a piezoresistor positioned within the braking circuit such that the piezoresistor voltage drop changes in response to the braking pressure within the braking circuit. Based upon the measured piezoresistor voltage drop, a motor frame duration is retrieved. A clutch engages the motor output shaft to initiate a clutch frame. Upon expiration of a programmed clutch delay, a motor frame initiates by supplying power to a motor. Upon expiration of the motor frame duration, power to the motor is interrupted. The clutch continues to be engaged for the duration of the clutch frame. The clutch releases allowing a capstan attached to the clutch to spin freely relative to the motor output shaft.

Supplemental braking device for a towed vehicle

An operation control system for an electrically powered and remotely controlled vehicle to be occupied by a child with a steering mechanism to be engaged and disengaged for either local or remote control. A remote control device for selectively controlling the direction and speed of the vehicle. A remote control receiver in the vehicle for receiving control signals from the remote control device and generating steering mechanism and speed control signals. A drive motor for driving the wheels of the vehicle and responsive to the speed control signals; and a steering motor for controlling the direction of movement of the vehicle and responsive to the steering mechanism control signals.

Remote/occupant controlled toy vehicle

The dash bridge and hook rescue device is a two piece emergency rescue tool utilized in the extraction of accident victims from underneath a dashboard and steering column as the result of an automobile accident where severe injuries are incurred by the victim. The rescue device is used to expedite the lifting and removal of the steering column and dashboard using existing winches, power spreaders or extension ram devices, either manual, air or hydraulic powered, to engage the hook attached below the steering column and lift it from the dash bridge spanning from the hood of the car to the roof of the car, bridging the windshield through which the hook extends, and lifting the steering wheel in a vertical direction off the lap and chest of the victim. Unrestricted access to the victim from the passenger compartment of the vehicle and transfer to emergency transport vehicles for critical care is expedited over other existing emergency extraction device techniques.

Dash bridge and hook rescue device

A multiple component wrench is adapted for use to attach and disconnect fire hose and hydrant coupling using this singular tool in lieu of several tools currently used by firefighters. The wrench has a sliding portion and a receiver portion presented as one tool, yet allowing multiple wrenches adapted for use on Storz and spanner hose couplings, rocker lug couplings, water meter shutoff valves, gas cock valves, pentagonal nuts and square nuts, and includes a multiple ratchet mechanism with multiple removable ratchets adapted to a variety of different nuts encountered on the multiple hydrants installed in various municipalities. The wrench is also extendable to provide additional leverage during use, the wrench further capable of separation forming two independent wrenches.

Firefighter's wrench

The B-post extension device is a movable support base utilized in emergency rescue situations involving automobiles, specifically door openings, the device providing for an adjustable support base for an extension ram, the device being placed against a support structure within the automobile, the device further having an adjustable slide plate secured upon at least two support rod arms, the support rod arms spanning a distance between a heel portion and a toe portion, the toe and heel portion resting against the automobile support structure, reducing the distance required to be pushed by the extension ram and providing readjustment for the increasing span of the door opening during extension and recovery of the extension ram.
