A spinal implant device has a synthetic or metallic or a combination thereof of these materials in an implant body structure and stem cells in a coating, or a sheet, wrap or a membrane wrap applied to surfaces on the implant body structure or alternatively filled with a plug of stem cell laden material. The implant body structure preferably has an aperture or channel. The spinal implant device may include anchoring holes to secure the device to the spinal skeletal structure with fasteners or alternatively can simply be held in place by and between adjacent vertebrae.

Spinal implants with stem cells

A method and system for percutaneous fusion to correct disc compression is presented. The method has several steps, for instance, inserting a percutaneous lumbar interbody implant; positioning guide wires for each facet screw to be implanted; performing facet arthrodesis in preparation for the facet screws; fixating the plurality of facet screws; and optionally performing foramen nerve root or central decompression. The system includes an implant, an elongate cannulated insertion tool, and an elongate lockshaft positioned within the insertion tool.

Percutaneous arthrodesis method and system

A bone screw system is presented. The bone screw system has a fixation element, a receiving element, coupling element, and a compression element. In one aspect, the system also has a pair of leg extensions extending upwardly therefrom the receiving element.

Extended tab bone screw system

A lumbar fusion implant device has a pair of first and second body structures. The first body structure has a pair of appendages with enlarged rounded ends, the appendages projecting from the opposite sides of the first body structure. Similarly, the second body structure has a pair of appendages with enlarged rounded ends with the appendages projecting from opposite sides of the second body structure. Each of the enlarged ends of the appendages fit into sockets on an opposite first or second body structure and when the first and second body structures are longitudinally connected by a threaded fastener, tightening of the fastener moves the first and second body structures closer together expanding radially outwardly each appendage.

Lumbar fusion device

A spinal implant to correct disc compression is presented. The implant has proximal and distal ends, and is sized for insertion between two adjacent vertebrae.
