The present invention relates to a method and a device for analyzing the accuracy of a fold () which is produced via a folding apparatus for printed products. In the process, with the printed products () being shingled, sensors () detect the position of the fold with respect to markings () which are printed onto the printed product, the folding accuracy and other quantities connected therewith being determined therefrom with the aid of computers.

Dry offset printing unit having at least one plate cylinder and at least one blanket cylinder, and being equipped with a cooling circuit wherein a fluid coolant circulates, includes at least one chill roller incorporated into the cooling circuit, the at least one chill roller being bringable into contact with the surface of the at least one blanket cylinder.
