A torsional vibration damper for a drive train includes an axis of rotation, a multi-flange damper for damping torsional vibrations, a torque limiter unit for limiting a maximum transmissible torque, an outer hub connecting the multi-flange damper to the torque limiter unit for torque transmission, and an inner hub for connection to a transmission input shaft. The multi-flange damper has a plurality of flanges. The torque limiter unit is arranged radially inside the multi-flange damper and includes an inner plate and an outer plate. The outer hub is arranged radially between the multi-flange damper and the torque limiter unit and the inner hub is arranged radially inside the torque limiter unit. The outer hub includes an external toothing engaged with each of the plurality of flanges and an internal toothing engaged with the outer plate.

Torsional vibration damper having an axis of rotation for a drive train

A booster clutch includes a pilot-control clutch, a booster output side, a booster input side, a rocker element, a first energy storage element and a drum. The pilot-control clutch has a friction pack and a torque is frictionally transmittable when the friction pack is in a pressed state. The booster output side is torsionally fixed to a pilot-control input side and the booster input side is arranged to be torsionally fixed to an input shaft. The first roller is arranged via a ramp pairing between the rocker element and the booster input or output side. The first energy storage element is arranged between the rocker element and the booster output or input side, or is arranged to transmit a radial force to the rocker element. The first roller applies a predetermined torque over the booster input and output side, and presses the rocker element radially against the drum.

A friction device for a torsional vibration damper includes an axis of rotation, an input side with a first disc and a second disc, and an output side between the first disc and the second disc and rotatable relative to the input side. The output side has a first friction disc, a second friction disc, and a spring element between the first friction disc and the second friction disc. The spring element has first, second and third contact regions. At a first angle of rotation between the input side and the output side, an axial contact force between the first friction disc and the second friction disc is transmittable via the first contact region and the third contact region. At a second angle of rotation, different than the first angle of rotation, the axial contact force is transmittable via the second contact region and the third contact region.

Torsional vibration damper comprising a friction device

A torque limiter for a drive train includes a rotational axis, a first cover disc and a second cover disc, a central disc arranged axially between the cover discs, a first friction lining and a second friction lining, a radially outer connector and a radially inner connector, and a spring element. The first friction lining is for frictionally locking torque transmission between the first cover disc and the central disc, and the second friction lining is for frictionally locking torque transmission between the second cover disc and the central disc. The radially outer connector is permanently connected to the cover discs in a torque-transmitting manner, and the radially inner connector is permanently connected to the central disc in a torque-transmitting manner. The spring element is arranged between the central disc and the first friction lining or the second friction lining.

A pendulum rocker damper with a rotation axis includes an input side with first and second input-side counter tracks, an output side with first and second output-side counter tracks, a stored energy source, and rocker elements disposed at opposite axial ends of the stored energy source. Each of the rocker elements has three axially offset partial tracks forming an input-side roller track and an output-side roller track. A first input-side rolling element is clamped between the first input-side counter track and a first input-side roller track and a second input-side rolling element is clamped between the second input-side counter track and a second input-side roller track. A first output-side rolling element is clamped between the first output-side counter track and a second output-side roller track and a second output-side rolling element is clamped between the second output-side counter track and a second output-side roller track.

A torsional vibration damper includes a common axis of rotation extending along an axial direction, an input part, an output part, rotatable relative to the input part in a limited manner with torque transmission, and a ramp system. The ramp system includes an axially displaceable component, a plurality of rolling elements for converting rotation of the input part relative to the output part into an axial shifting of the axially displaceable component, and a plurality of energy storage elements. The plurality of energy storage elements are arranged distributed along a circumferential direction, extend along the axial direction, and are elastically deformable in the axial direction.

A torsional vibration damper includes an input side and an output side, first and second rolling bodies, an intermediate element for torque transmission between the input and output sides, and an energy storage element for supporting the intermediate element in an oscillating manner. The intermediate element has a first transmission path for rolling the first rolling body, and a second transmission path for rolling the second rolling body. The input side has a first counter path complementary to the first transmission path. The output side has a second counter path complementary to the second transmission path. The first rolling body is guided between the first transmission path and the first counter path, and the second rolling body is guided between the second transmission path and the second counter path. The energy storage element is arranged with a vector component that acts circumferentially on the intermediate element in a circumferential direction.

A centrifugal pendulum for a motor vehicle drivetrain includes a carrier, a pendulum mass, mounting for pivoting relative to the carrier, and a roller body. The carrier has a carrier roller track and the pendulum mass has a pendulum mass roller track. The roller body has a first rolling region arranged in the carrier roller track and a second rolling region arranged in the pendulum mass roller track. The carrier roller track is formed at least partially by an axially formed sheet-metal portion having a free edge, and the free edge faces away from the pendulum mass.

A torsional vibration damper includes an input part for introducing a torque, a first cam mechanism, an intermediate element, a compression spring engaged with the intermediate element, a second cam mechanism for discharging a vibration-damped torque, and a frictional element for friction damping. The intermediate element is coupled to the input part via the first cam mechanism such that a relative rotation between the input part and the intermediate element is converted into a linear movement of the intermediate element radially inward or radially outward. The output part is coupled to the intermediate element via the second cam mechanism such that a linear movement of the intermediate element is converted into a relative rotation between the output part and the intermediate element. The frictional element is pressed against the intermediate element or the output part. The frictional element may be movement-coupled to the intermediate element or the output part.

A torsional vibration damper includes an input part for introducing a torque, two intermediate elements, an energy storage element designed as a compression spring that acts on the intermediate elements, an output part for discharging a vibration-damped torque, and an elastic or resilient compensation part provided between the output part and the intermediate elements. The intermediate elements are designed as pendulum rockers and are movement-coupled to the input part. Each of the intermediate elements can move towards and away from the other in a linear motion. The output part is movement-coupled to the intermediate elements and rotatable relative to the intermediate elements. The compensation part is for eliminating play of the intermediate elements relative to the output part in an axial direction.

A torsional vibration damper includes an input side for receiving a torque, an output side for dispensing the torque, an intermediate element arranged for torque transmission between the input side and the output side, an energy storage element supporting the intermediate element such that it can vibrate relative to the input side and the output side, and a roll body. The intermediate element has a transmission path for the roll body. The input side or the output side forms a path side with a counter path that is complementary to the transmission path, and the other of the input side or the output side forms a force side. The roll body is guided in a rotatable manner between the transmission path and the counter path, and the energy storage element connects the force side to the intermediate element for torque transmission.
