A port is suitable for attachment to a container and suitable for being traversed by a needle used to transfer content between the inside of the container and the outside of the container, and includes a rigid annular body extending in a direction including a side wall surrounding a channel extending between an inner end and an outer end, the inner and outer ends being at opposite ends along the direction, the body being open at the ends, an overmolding member of thermoplastic elastomer including a sealing portion suitable for being traversed by the needle in a direction close to the direction, the needle passing through the inner and outer ends, the overmolding member sealing the channel in a fluidtight manner after withdrawal of a needle and further including an adhesion portion suitable for attaching the port to the container.

A bag for containing a biopharmaceutical product includes at least one fluid input/output port and a measurement opening remote from the fluid port. A probe holder port has a body with an axial through-bore and a peripheral collar with a second fastening zone and defining a fastening plane. A contact probe, extending in the axial through-bore, is assembled on the probe holder port, has an active measurement end portion in contact with the product, and has an end portion opposite the end portion. The probe holder port includes a transition portion between the body and the collar, which extends between a radially central end portion of the collar and a first axial end portion of the body. The first axial end portion is the axial end portion closest to the radially central end portion of the collar. The first axial end portion is disposed on the outer side relative to the fastening plane, and the active measurement end portion is axially disposed on the outer side relative to the fastening plane.

Disclosed is a method for manufacturing a leaktight assembly by providing a bag, a connection system including a connector adapted for mechanical connection to a complementary connector of a sterile chamber in order to establish sterile communication between the bag and the chamber, the connector including a portion for attachment to the bag, the connection system further including an overmolding molded over the attachment portion, the manufacturing method further including the steps of positioning the wall of the bag facing the overmolding at a first access opening of the bag, the attachment portion surrounding a space for passage between the bag and the chamber at the first access opening, and welding the wall of the bag onto the overmolding.
