A snow ski board () such as a ski, monoski, or a snowboard, with a vertical plane of general symmetry (P) includes a body or base () that includes at least in a binding zone () two hollow lateral recesses () extending longitudinally. A longitudinal rib () is defined between the recesses. Each of the longitudinal recesses () opens at least towards the top (HA). The body () is affixed, at least in the binding zone () to a supplementary element () having two lateral longitudinal parts () which extend longitudinally and parallel. The two lateral longitudinal parts () are affixed into the longitudinal recesses () and are linked by at least one transverse connector ().

Snow skis

A snow sliding device such as a ski, a monoski, or a snowboard, has a plane of general symmetry P. It includes a principal part, called a body or base, which has a longitudinal ribformed between two lateral channelswhich open laterally toward the exterior EX and upward HA, and which do not open downward BA. A thin, lower lateral edgeextends below the channel. In each of the channels, a complementary lateral element, respectively, is attached. A height H of the ski, which corresponds to a distance between an upper surfaceof the complementary lateral elementsand a lower sliding surface, is variable.

A snow shoe () such as a ski, a single ski board or a snowboard, having a vertical plane of general symmetry, comprising a principal portion, called a body or support base () to which is attached, at least in the zone of the sole plate, at least one complementary longitudinal element (). The complementary element(s) is/are retained in a corresponding lateral disengagement unit, which emerges laterally and in upward direction (HA) towards the exterior (EX), while it does not issue in downward direction (BA).

A boot for a ski or an in-line roller skate has a flexible upper and a sole allowing the foot to flex during walking. Its sole has a rigid part in the rear region of the boot, over about one half of the length of the sole, this rigid part being designed so as to form an interface between the heel and a binding of the ski or in-line roller skate. The interface may be standard, that is to say independent of the boot size.

A gliding board has a raised platform which is intended to accommodate the toe piece and the heel piece of a safety binding on its upper part and which rests on the board via its central part. The platform has its front and rear ends overhanging relative to the upper surface of the board and not resting on the board. The platform has a torsional stiffness such that the maximum angular deformation of a free end under the effect of a twisting moment of four newton-meters exerted at four hundred and sixty millimeters from an engagement zone is less than one and a half degrees.

A board having a lower assembly composed of a sole optionally bordered by metal edges, a central core, and an upper cover forming a shell, composed of an upper wall extended laterally by side walls whose lower corners bear on two longitudinal reinforcement elements which themselves bear on the lower assembly. A board for gliding over snow is provided which is structured such that it has a central support region having a cross-section selected from the group consisting of the sandwich cross-section, the shell cross-section, and the hybrid cross section; a front region located between and connecting the central region and a tip; and a rear region located between and connecting the central region and a tail portion. The front region, central support region, and rear region each may have either a sandwich cross-section, a shell cross-section, and a hybrid cross section. The sandwich cross-section can have a first upper layer, a first upper reinforcement layer, a first core, a plurality of longitudinal reinforcing elements, a first lower reinforcement, a first sole, and a plurality of first edges. The shell cross-section may have a second upper layer, a second upper reinforcement layer, a second core, a plurality of second reinforcing elements inclined over the entire height of the sides of the board, a second lower reinforcement, a second sole, and a plurality of second edges. Alternatively, the shell cross-section could be constructed having a third upper layer in contact with a third upper reinforcement layer, the third upper layer and the third upper reinforcement layer extending downward over a third core until the third upper reinforcement layer contacts a third lower reinforcement which is in contact with a third sole having a plurality of third edges. The hybrid cross-section can have a shell half-structure comprising a fourth upper layer and a fourth upper reinforcement layer, a fourth core, a plurality of fourth longitudinal reinforcing elements, a fourth lower reinforcement, a fourth sole, and a plurality of fourth edges.

A board for sliding over snow, or snow board, incorporating a non-plane synthetic top layer with elevated central part. The snow board is provided with lateral reinforcing members whose height is less than that of the board. The reinforcing members receive the multiple feet of a rigid platform in the form of a low table and intended to receive the bindings. At those spots, the lateral edge elements preferably present wider portions. Corresponding recesses are made in the shell, each adapted to receive a conjugate foot of the platform. The feet of the platform are preferably high enough for the platform to rest on the edge elements of the snow board only by its feet.

A ski boot composed of a rigid sole (1), on the front of which a shell in the form of a shoe (2) is articulated, and of an upper composed of a front part (4) fixed to the shell and of a rear part (6) articulated at the rear of the sole. The rear part (6) is connected to the shell by means of two pivots (15, 16), each interacting with a slot comprising at least two segments (17a and 17b). The first segment (17a) is in the form of an arc of a circle centered approximately on the axis of articulation (7) of the rear part of the upper. The boot closes automatically as a result of the pressure of the foot and likewise opens automatically and widely during the forward bending of the leg accompanied by the lifting of the heel.
