A movable element for a damping system includes an absorbent mass arranged to be positioned in a housing. At least two adapted portions are arranged on a periphery of the absorbent mass. A plurality of elastic elements are arranged in the adapted portions and are designed to bear against an internal wall of the housing. The elastic elements have optimum damping properties in different variation ranges of at least one parameter. The present invention further relates to a damping system.

Movable element and a damping system

A movable axial element for a damping system includes a rectilinear absorbent mass positionable in the housing and having at least one annular groove arranged on a periphery of the absorbent mass and in which at least one elastic element is arranged to bear against an internal wall of the housing. The at least one groove includes a base formed by a shoulder of the absorbent mass. An edge formed by a structure bearing an annular lip is mounted in a sliding manner on at least one part of the shoulder along at least one axis of the movable element to form an adjusting device integrated into the movable element to enable the control of a prestressing exerted by the annular lip on the elastic element mounted on the periphery of the absorbent mass, the prestressing being generated without rotation of the annular lip relative to elastic element.

The damping device () is housed in a mounting body (), connected by one end to the tool-holder body () and having at its other end an end fitting () for mounting a tool, whereby the mounting body () is equipped with at least one lubricant feed pipe (), emptying at its front end into the end fitting () for mounting a tool and connected at its other end to a circular groove () for distributing lubricant that is provided on the front surface of the tool holder ().

A tool holder for a machining tool includes a cooling means for a compressed air blowing tool and a device for cooling air compressed by a vortex tube device. The tool holder is generally cylindrical and the vortex tube device advantageously includes a plurality of vortex tubes placed annularly around the axis of the cylinder and the cold air outputs of which are directed at the tool held by the tool holder.

An axially adjustable tool holder, having a principal body ()with attachment, in a recess () of which is slidably mounted a mobile part () for mounting a tool (). The mobile part () cooperates with a ring for transverse adjustment (), mounted in rotation on the extremity of the principal body ()with the recess () and secured transversely to said extremity, by a ball bearing device (), in the form of a sleeve with an interior thread ('). The ball bearing device () presenting axial play of the ring for transverse adjustment (), when the mobile part () is tightened, application of the proximal face () of the adjustment ring ()against a corresponding distal external supporting flange (&#x2032;) of the principal body (). Axially adjustable tool holder

The present invention concerns a bore head, which consists essentially of a body () provided with a radial piston () for receiving a bore tool () which can be tightened in said radial piston () with a tightening means (), where the position of said radial piston () can be regulated by means of a micrometric screw (), and where the radial piston is guided and tightened in the regulation position with a guidance and tightening means, and where, moreover, said body is provided with a balancing device () with balancing weights (and). Bore head characterized in that the means () for tightening the bore tool () in the radial piston () of the body () is in the form of a screwing device (), equipped with a movable center punch () which is under tension caused by a spring (), and in that the means for guidance and tightening in the position of regulation of the radial piston () is an indirect tightening means which carries out said guidance and tightening radially. The invention can be applied more particularly in the field of accessories for machine tools, with digital control, for machining centers, cells and workshops for multiple purposes.

Bore head

The present invention relates to a tool holder, such as a reaming head (), or a milling arbor, provided with a damping means () in the form of an elongated body, which is arranged in an end compartment () of the tool holder (), which compartment is of appropriate shape and size, and closed at its end by a body () for receiving a reaming head or by a milling element. Tool holder characterized in that the damping means () is of the type presenting only radial absorption, and it is provided with at least one elastically deformable means (), at least close to each end, where said elastically deformable means () extend between the envelope of the damping means () and the wall of the compartment () of the tool holder (), and are clamped between the wall of the compartment () and the damping means (), and where the ends of the damping means extend in the compartment () without stress. The invention is applicable more particularly in the field of accessories for machine tools, with digital control, machining centers, flexible cells and workshops.

A tool for chip removing machining includes a drill and a countersink mounted to the drill. The drill includes a protruding land and at least one chip flute. The countersink includes a body, a plurality of inserts received in respective insert pockets formed in the body, and a plurality of clamps for fixing respective inserts in the pockets. In order to be able to adjust the location of the inserts, pins are arranged for displacement relative to the body. The pins are slidably disposed in holes formed in the body, and adjustment screws are mounted in the body and arranged to displace a respective pin and the associated clamp and cutting insert in response to movement of the adjustment screw.
