The invention proposes a stator for a rotating electric machine, in particular for a motor vehicle, the stator () including: &#x2014;a body () including notches () that are opened radially into an internal wall () of said body, &#x2014;at least one winding () forming a phase of the stator, the winding formed from turns () includes a first half-phase () and a second half-phase () that are superposed radially in the notch (), each turn including a series of axial strands () that are received in a series of associated notches and connecting strands () that connect the successive axial strands () by extending alternatively to protrude with respect to the body (). A length of wire of each turn of one of the half-phases is larger than the length of wire of each turn of the other half-phase. Furthermore, one of the half-phases has a number of turns higher than that of the other half-phase.

A rotary electrical machine comprising a rotor and a stator (). The stator comprises a tooth () delimited by notches (), and a winding composed of n&#xd7;M wires (), wherein n corresponds to a number of phases and is equal to at least 2, and M corresponds to a number of continuous electric wires for each phase () and is equal to at least one. The winding is composed of successive turns, each of the successive turns comprising n&#xd7;M wires wound simultaneously in n of the notches () to be inserted in n series of notches. Each of the series of the notches is dedicated to a single phase, and for each of the successive turns, each of the assembly of the M wires () constitutes a phase and is inserted in the same series of the notches ().

A method and device for winding a rotor or a stator (), of a rotary electrical machine, having a series of teeth () which are delimited by notches (). In each notch there are inserted M continuous electric wires () constituting a turn; M being equal to 1 or more, characterised in that n&#xd7;M wires () are wound simultaneously in a number n of notches (), n corresponding to the number of phases and being &#x2267;2. The assembly of the M wires () constituting a phase, being inserted in a single notch (). The device for winding has at least two carriages (), with a series of teeth, delimited by n notches (). And, likewise corresponding to the winding, each set of M continuous electric wires () constituting a turn, is characterised in that M&#xd7;n wires () are inserted simultaneously in the extension of the n notches () of the rotary electrical machine in the n notches () in the respective carriages (). All of the M&#xd7;n wires () are bent together at least twice by bending the carriages () relative to one another, and all of the M&#xd7;n wires () thus bent are folded back in the following successive nnotches () of the rotary electrical machine.

A method of producing a stator for a rotary electrical machine comprising a body in which axial recesses are produced and comprising a plurality of conductors arranged in the recesses, which comprises a step of depositing conductors on a linear support that comprises transverse recesses, comprising a first phase of depositing conductors in the recesses in the support in order to form a first layer of conductors, and a second phase of depositing conductors in the recesses, in order to form a second layer of conductors that is arranged vertically above the first layer; the first deposition phase and the second deposition phase consists of depositing one and the same conductor on the linear support. The invention also proposes an arrangement of a set of conductors on a linear support obtained at the end of the deposition step.

Method for producing a rotary electric machine stator

A rotating electrical machine stator comprising an annular cylindrical body including axial grooves, and at least one phase winding including corrugated turns of wire, the phase winding comprising a first outer half-phase and a second inner half-phase which are radially superimposed, the first outer half-phase including outer leading-out wires projecting from the radial walls of the body and the second inner half-phase including outer leading-out wires projecting from the radial walls of the body. The invention is characterized in that for each phase winding, the wire length of each turn of the inner half-phase is greater than the wire length of each turn of the outer half-phase. The invention also concerns a phase winding designed to be mounted in such a rotor.
