A device for measurement of characteristic parameters of at least one assembly of at least one light emitting diode (LED) comprising a measurement circuit for each assembly, wherein the measurement circuit has an electrical input which can be connected to the LED, a single measurement output to provide electrical values which are representative of at least two characteristic parameters of the LED, a first circuit configuration, which is designed to provide the measurement output with a value which is representative of a first characteristic parameter, a second circuit configuration, which is designed to provide the measurement output with a value which is representative of a second characteristic parameter and means for switching between the first circuit configuration and the second circuit configuration.

Module to control the supply to LED assemblies

A system for controlling at least one beam of light emitted from a lighting apparatus in a vehicle. The control system may, in at least one embodiment, control the lighting apparatus based on road navigation data and/or vehicle sensor data. The road navigation data may include information related to the form of the road and a reliability rate. If the reliability rate of the road navigation data is higher than a threshold value, then the road navigation data may be used in conjunction with the vehicle sensor data. If the reliability rate of the road navigation data is lower than threshold value, then only the vehicle sensor data may be used to control the lighting apparatus.

Method of control of light beams emitted by a lighting apparatus of a vehicle and a system for performing this method

In the invention, a comparison is carried out within a computer of an item of information relating to a direction of a light beam of a lamp, this item of information being obtained by means of a position sensor, and an item of information relating to an instruction for horizontal displacement of the light beam. If there is not agreement between the two items of information, the computer can then have a degraded operating mode of the lamp adopted by compelling it to orient the light beam downwards in order to remove any risk of dazzling an oncoming driver. To that end, the computer controls a range correction motor in order to bring about a downwards vertical deviation of the light beam.
