Centrifugal device for supplying preforms which are horizontally-laid and aligned in succession

A rail element conveys suspended objects, such as bottles or preforms. The rail element includes two guide rails which are separated by a pre-defined distance and which form lateral support surfaces for the objects being conveyed along a conveyor passageway, such as preform sub-neck guides. A helically-curved conveyor section consists of a frame on which the guide rails are helically arranged. At least one guide rail includes a flat band that can be removed from the frame.

A linear, horizontal conveyor device for containers which are equipped with a collar at the base of the neck thereof. The invention includes two conveyors including endless links, which are each equipped with two parallel, mobile lines which face one another and which are driven in the same direction and at the same speed. The aforementioned lines are separated from one another by a distance that is greater than the diameter of the body of the containers and less than the diameter of the collars thereof. At least one conveyor includes a short segment that can be moved transversely outwards, such that the space between the two facing lines becomes greater than the diameter of the collar and the container falls.

Conveyor device for containers such as preforms

A system of feeding preforms, particularly designed to feed a machine for blow molding receptacles such as bottles, includes, from upstream to downstream in the longitudinal direction of travel of the preforms, at least one sorting and alignment device whose top end is fed with jumbled preforms and whose bottom end includes at least two alignment rollers, substantially parallel and rotated about their respective axis, designed to position the preforms in conveyor rails, inclined relative to the horizontal, to convey them to the machine, and of the type including, upstream of the machine, a filtering element to discard the incorrectly positioned performs. The filtering element includes, downstream of the alignment rollers, at least one selective discarding device of the preforms called lying preforms, that is to say those that arrive from the rollers on the rails lying down and oriented longitudinally and that extend generally longitudinally on the conveyor rails.

Preform-supply device comprising a device for the selective removal of incorrectly-positioned longitudinal preforms

A device for orienting tubular preforms which are fed in bulk by a supply device, including two continuous endless conveyors which are disposed side by side and which are equipped respectively with two parallel lines which are separated horizontally from one another by a distance that is greater than the largest cross-sectional dimension of the preforms. According to the invention, the preform-supply device is disposed above one end of the two conveyors. The two conveyors are moved by drive device in opposing directions in order to pivot any preforms that arrive positioned sideways across the conveyors and to drop the longitudinally-oriented preforms into the space between the two conveyors. The orienting device also includes an endless belt for collecting preforms, which extends beneath the two conveyors parallel thereto and which is used to collect and move the horizontally-laid longitudinally-aligned preforms one after the other.

Device for orienting bulk-fed tubular preforms

A preform feeder system, particularly for feeding blow machines with receptacles such as bottles, of the type including, from upstream to downstream in the longitudinal direction of travel of the preforms, at least one sorting and alignment device whose top end is provided with preforms in a jumble and whose bottom end includes at least two alignment rollers, substantially parallel and rotated about their respective axis, that are designed to position the preforms in feeding rails, inclined relative to the horizontal, to convey them to a machine, and of the type including at least one ejection wheel that is arranged above the preforms and rotated about an axis which extends generally transversely, characterized in that the ejection wheel is arranged downstream of the alignment rollers so as to eject the incorrectly positioned preforms from the feeding rails.
