The tube () is produced by bending, and, once its wall has been bent, has a base portion () prolonged laterally by two linking portions () leading to two top portions () turned toward one another, which terminate in end legs () turned toward the base portion (), forming at least two parallel longitudinal internal channels () into which the two systems () of bends () of a corrugated disrupter () can be inserted, these systems being interconnected by a central part () inserted into a gap left between said legs and the base portion.

The present invention relates to a heat exchanger header, wherein said header includes a lower portion () having two longitudinal edges (), an upper portion () forming a cover, and at least one flange (). According to the invention, said flange () has a profile () that enables the longitudinal edges () of the header, which are provided at least locally folded, to be received at the flanks () thereof, so as to simultaneously crimp the flange () onto said cover () and retain the cover () on said lower portion ().

Heat exchanger header

The invention relates to a heat exchanger comprising a casing () inside which is housed, and fastened by brazing, a heat exchange assembly () comprising a stack of heat exchange plates, each plate () having at least one edge () for brazing to the casing (). The heat exchanger is characterized by the fact that it includes means, called unfastening means (), designed to prevent the casing from being brazed to at least a portion of the edge () of at least one end plate (E) of the stack (). By virtue of the invention, the heat exchanger is more flexible and absorbs thermal stresses better.

The invention relates to a heat exchange fin, particularly for cooling, consisting of a strip () comprising a first heat-exchange zone (), intended to collaborate with tubes of a first heat exchanger, and a second heat-exchange zone (), intended to collaborate with tubes of a second heat exchanger. According to the invention, said strip comprises a zone of weakness () able to allow it to be parted into a first element () comprising said first heat-exchange zone () and a second element () comprising said second heat-exchange zone (). The invention also relates to a heat-exchange module comprising such a fin and to a method of producing such a module.
