An antireflection structure is disclosed which is capable of enhancing designability by adjusting a reflection characteristic of a Moth-eye structure. A display device using the antireflection structure is also disclosed. The antireflection structure according to an embodiment includes a resin base member including, on a surface, an uneven structure in which a height from a bottom part to a top part is equal to or smaller than a visible light wavelength, and a resin layer covering at least a part of the uneven structure, the resin layer covering the bottom part of the uneven structure more thickly than the top part of the uneven structure.

Also a multilayer substrate is provided in which light reflectance is reduced even when the substrate has a plurality of layers that differ in refractive index from each other. In the display device of one embodiment, the reflectance of light reflected by the internal structure, of light incident on the internal structure through a display screen, is less than 1.0%. The multilayer substrate of one embodiment includes a first layer and a second layer disposed adjacently to the first layer. The refractive index of the second layer varies continuously from an interface where the second layer is adjacent to the first layer in a direction from the first layer, with the variation being started at a value of the refractive index at the interface where the first layer is adjacent to the second layer.

An active matrix substrate is disclosed, enabling to suppress variation in signal voltages among pixel electrodes. The present invention provides a wiring material for forming wiring on a substrate by causing coalescence of conductive particles through heating, and including a binder layer and a wiring layer. The binder layer contains metal particles and having a binder function to be adhered to the substrate; and the wiring layer contains metal particles and laminated on the binder layer. The metal particles of the binder layer and the metal particles of the wiring layer are in contact with each other. With this arrangement, it is possible to provide a wiring material allowing use of a larger variety of materials, while also ensuring low resistance of wiring and improvement of adhesion between the wiring and the substrate.
