An internal combustion engine control device includes a valve closing time calculation unit, a valve closing delay time difference calculation unit that normalizes a plurality of valve closing delay times with a fuel pressure and calculates a valve closing delay time difference, a content rate calculation unit that calculates the synthetic fuel content rate of a fuel stored in a fuel tank based on characteristic data indicating the relationship between the valve closing delay time difference and the synthetic fuel content rate of synthetic fuel contained in the fuel, and a combustion control unit that controls an internal combustion engine such that the exhaust temperature of an exhaust gas discharged from a combustion chamber becomes equal to or higher than a threshold temperature based on the synthetic fuel content rate.

Internal combustion engine control device

Low noise control of a high-pressure fuel pump is performed by reducing noise generated by an anchor colliding with a fixing core. A control devicefor a high-pressure fuel pump controls a suction valve that opens and closes an inflow port through which fuel flows to a pressurizing chamber by performing energization to a solenoidin synchronization with a reciprocating motion of a plunger. A current energized to the solenoidincludes a peak current for giving a force to start closing a valve to the suction valve in a stationary state and a holding current for performing switching in a range smaller a maximum value of the peak current in order to hold the suction valve in a valve closing state. When the control devicereduces a peak current application amount of the peak current from a value sufficient to close the high-pressure fuel pump, a valve closing speed of the suction valve becomes small up to a certain application amount, and when the peak current application amount becomes smaller than the application amount, there is a saturation range of a current application amount of the peak current in which the valve closing speed of the suction valve is saturated. The control devicecontrols the current application amount of the peak current to fall in the saturation range.

Control device for high-pressure fuel pump

Provided is a fuel injection valve capable of stroking a valve body in two stages of large and small strokes and improving responsiveness of a valve opening operation. Therefore, a first moveris attracted to a magnetic core. A second moveris formed separately from the first mover, and is attracted to the magnetic coreon an inner diameter side of the first mover. A valve bodyhas a flange portionon an upstream side of the second mover. A spacerforms a gap (void g) in an axial direction between the flange portionand the second moverin a valve closed state.

Fuel injection valve and method for assembling same

Provided is a control device for a fuel injection device capable of detecting a variation in valve opening start timing of the fuel injection device and stabilizing a fuel injection quantity. Therefore, the control device for the fuel injection device of the present invention is a control device for a plurality of fuel injection devices each including: a valve body that opens a fuel passage by separating from a valve seat; a movable element that causes an opening/closing operation of the valve body; and a stator that attracts the movable element by a drive current flowing through a coil. This control device includes a control unit that controls the energization time of the drive current by a pulse width of a drive command pulse. The control unit estimates a valve opening start timing having a correlation with a detected valve closing completion timing. Further, the pulse width of the drive command pulse is corrected based on the valve opening start timing.

Control unit of fuel injection device

Provided is a fuel injection valve capable of quickly stopping a position of a movable element at a predetermined position after closing a valve while reducing an impact force of a valve body. Therefore, a valve bodyincludes a sleeve. A first movable core(first movable element) lifts the valve bodyby the attractive force of a magnetic core. A second movable core(second movable element) further lifts the valve bodyby the attractive force of the magnetic coreafter the first movable core(first movable element) lifts the valve body. After the valve bodyis seated on the seat memberand the second movable core(second movable element) is separated from the sleeve, a bottom surfaceof the first movable core(first movable element) collides with a storage bottom surface(collision receiving portion).

Fuel injection valve

A drive device capable of detecting individual variations of an injection quantity of a fuel injection device of each cylinder and adjusting a current waveform provided to an injection pulse width and a solenoid such that the individual variations of the fuel injection devices are reduced. The fuel injection device in the present invention includes a valve body that close a fuel passage by coming into contact with a valve seat and opens the fuel passage by separating from the valve seat and a magnetic circuit constructed of a solenoid, a fixed core, a nozzle holder a housing and a needle and when a current is supplied to the solenoid a magnetic suction force acts on the needle and the needle has a function to open the valve body by colliding against the valve body after performing a free running operation and changes of acceleration of the needle due to collision of the needle against the valve body are detected by a current flowing through the solenoid.

Drive device for fuel injection device, and fuel injection system

An object is to suppress an inclination of a waveform indicating an injection quantity with respect to an injection pulse particularly when a lift amount of a valve body is small and an injection pulse width is short, thereby improving control accuracy of the injection quantity of a fuel injection device. Thus, a control device for controlling a fuel injection device, which includes a valve body, a solenoid, and a movable element to open the valve body, is provided with a control unit that controls a drive voltage or a drive current to be applied to the solenoid, in which the control unit controls the drive current such that the drive current to be supplied to the solenoid decreases from a maximum drive current after the maximum drive current is supplied to the solenoid and before the valve body starts to open.

Electromagnetic solenoid has movable core having end surface that is formed between inner circumferential surface and outer circumferential surface of movable core; and fixed core having end surface that is formed between inner circumferential surface and outer circumferential surface of fixed core and faces the end surface of movable core. Ring-shaped protruding portion is formed at least either one of the end surface of the movable core or the end surface of the fixed core. Protruding portion is provided at a position that is shifted to a radially inner circumferential side of the end surface. A length between apex and inner circumferential edge of protruding portion is shorter than a length between the apex and an outer circumferential edge of protruding portion.

Electromagnetic solenoid and fuel injection valve

A control device for a fuel injection valve including a variable lift mechanism of two or more stages is provided. The control device includes an inflection point detection unit for detecting an inflection point from at least one of a drive current when the fuel injection valve is opened or a drive voltage when the fuel injection valve is closed. The control device also includes a drive sensing unit for sensing a drive lift of the fuel injection valve from at least one of an inflection point of a drive current during valve opening operation or a drive voltage during valve closing operation. The control device is configured to limit the command drive lift when the sensed drive lift is different from a command drive lift.

Control device for fuel injection valve

A control device of a fuel injection device improves stabilization in an opening operation of a valve element and stabilizes an injection amount. The control device includes a valve element to open a fuel passage by being separated from a valve seat, a movable iron core to perform an opening/closing operation of the valve element, and a fixed iron core to attract the movable iron core when a current flows to a coil. The control device includes a control unit which performs an intermediate energization in which the coil is energized again to attract the movable iron core to the fixed iron core and then the energizing to the coil is blocked and the movable iron core is displaced in a direction away from the fixed core. The control unit controls whether the intermediate energization is performed according to an injection interval of the fuel injection device.

An object of the present invention is to provide a fuel injection valve configured to suppress bouncing of a valve element that is caused as a result of the valve element being rendered elastic when the valve element collides with a valve seat. The fuel injection valve of the present invention includes the valve element configured to come into contact with the valve seat for closing an injection hole and to separate from the valve seat for unclosing the injection hole, an elastic member urging the valve element toward the valve seat, a movable iron core disposed to be in and out of contact with the valve element, a fixed iron core disposed to be opposed to the movable iron core, and a coil configured to generate electromagnetic force for moving the movable iron core. At least one lower rigidity part having reduced rigidity per axial unit length is provided between a surface where urging force of the elastic member is transmitted to the valve element and a seat part whereat the valve element comes into contact with and separates from the valve seat.

In an electromagnetic fuel injection which is structured such that both end surfaces of an inner circumferential iron core portion and an outer circumferential iron core portion face a movable iron core, and a non-magnetic portion made of a metal material is provided between both end surfaces, an object of the present invention is to realize a structure of the electromagnetic fuel injector in which a surface of a target object is unlikely to be affected by a heat treatment with the surface facing the movable iron core. In an electromagnetic fuel injectorof the present invention which is structured such that both end surfaces of an inner circumferential iron core portionand an outer circumferential iron core portionface a movable iron core, and a non-magnetic portionmade of a metal material is provided between both end surfaces, in order to achieve this object, heat in a target member to be heat treated is generated by applying energy to a target member's surface which is different from a target member's surface that faces the movable iron core.
