A bus bar holding structure includes a bus bar, an insulating resin-made wire distribution body holding the bus bar. The bus bar electrically connects together an adjacent terminals of a plurality of unit cells each having positive pole and negative pole electrode terminals. The bus bar includes a plate-shaped main body and a wire connecting part extended from the plate-shaped main body and connected to an end of a wire. The plate-shaped main body includes a fold-back part and a plurality of plate parts separated from each other at the fold-back part and folded back at the fold-back part so as to be superimposed with each other. The plate-shaped main body and the wire connecting part are formed integrally.

Bus bar holding structure

A busbar includes a plate-shaped body section and a wire connection section extended from the body section. The body section includes a first plate section, a second plate section, and a folding-back section connecting the first plate section and the second plate section. The first plate section and the second plate section are stacked mutually by folding-back the folding-back section. The first plate section has an outer shape that is positioned to a busbar accommodation section of a wire routing member made of insulation resin. A maximum width dimension of the second plate section in a direction parallel to the folding-back section is smaller than that of the first plate section in the direction parallel to the folding-back section.

Busbar

A noise reduction device includes a magnetic core and an elastically deformable elastic sheet. The magnetic core surrounds an outer periphery of an electric cable, and reduces noise emitted from the electric cable. The elastic sheet is wrapped around the electric cable so as to surround the electric cable, and is sandwiched between an inner peripheral surface of the magnetic core and an outer peripheral surface of the electric cable and elastically deformed.

Noise reduction device and bus bar module

Attaching work of a high-voltage cable is improved. In an electric cable connecting construction of battery packs, the high-voltage cable is connected to conductors held in resin busbar modules for connection with the general electrodes by fastening crimp terminals to the conductors. Two ribs are formed on each of the busbar modules where the crimp terminal is held therebetween to limit an entrained rotation of the crimp terminal. A difference between a gap of the two ribs on one of the adjacent battery packs and a width of the crimp terminal connected to the general electrode is set to a first gap dimension Land A difference between a gap and a width of the crimp terminal connected to the general electrode of the other of the adjacent battery packs is set to a second gap dimension Llarger than the first gap dimension.
