A solid-state battery that includes a negative electrode layer and a solid electrolyte layer. The negative electrode layer contains a negative electrode active material in which a molar ratio of Li to vanadium (V) is 2.0 or more, the solid electrolyte layer contains a solid electrolyte having a lithium super ionic conductor (LISICON)-type structure and containing at least V, and the solid electrolyte contained in the solid electrolyte layer has an average chemical composition represented by (LiA)(VB)O.

Solid electrolyte and all-solid battery

Each of the first electrode and the second electrode includes a first active material and at least one second active material. The first active material functions as both a positive electrode active material and a negative electrode active material. The first active material has a larger specific capacity when functioning as the positive electrode active material than when functioning as the negative electrode active material. In each of the first electrode and the second electrode, a ratio of the first active material to a total amount of the first and second active materials is more than 50% by mass and less than 100% by mass. A mass of each of the first and second active materials is equal between the first electrode and the second electrode.

Nonpolar all-solid-state battery and electronic device

A co-fired all-solid-state battery that includes a negative electrode, a solid electrolyte layer, and a positive electrode. The negative electrode contains a negative electrode active material and a garnet-type solid electrolyte. The negative electrode active material contains Li, V, and O. The negative electrode active material has a mole ratio (Li/V) of a Li content to a V content of 2.0 or more. The garnet-type solid electrolyte contains Li, La, Zr, and O.

Co-fired all-solid-state battery

A NaSICON-type solid-state electrolyte that contains Na as a conducting species, Zr, M, Si, P, and O, where M is at least one element selected from Mg, V, and Nb. The NaSICON-type solid-state electrolyte has a composition in which a molar ratio of M to Zr (M/Zr) is less than 0.2.
