An apparatus for heat treatment of a heat shrinkable film includes a steam generation apparatus that generates steam, a heated air generation apparatus that generates heated air not lower in temperature than steam generated in the steam generation apparatus, a mixed gas generator that generates mixed gas not lower in temperature than steam generated in the steam generation apparatus by mixing steam generated in the steam generation apparatus and heated air generated in the heated air generation apparatus, a reheating apparatus that generates superheated steam by reheating mixed gas generated in the mixed gas generator, and a supply portion that supplies superheated steam generated in the reheating apparatus to a heat treatment chamber.

Apparatus and method for heat treatment of heat shrinkable film

The purpose of the present invention is to provide a heat-shrinking apparatus for shrink labels which is capable of uniformly heat shrinking a shrink label covering a portion or the entirety of an article, and which is capable of completing heat shrinking in a state in which water drops are not deposited on the article and the surface of the shrink label. Accordingly, the present invention is provided with: a heat treatment chamber () having, provided therein, a steam discharge unit () for discharging superheated steam in order to heat shrink a cylindrical label (L) fitted to a container (PC), and a heated air blowing unit () for causing deposited water drops to evaporate by blowing heated air on the container (PC) after the cylindrical label (L) has been heat shrlUlk; a superheater () which heats steam generated by a steam boiler (), to generate the superheated steam; a preheating lUlit () which uses the surplus steam inside the heat treatment chamber () to preheat air used to generate the heated air; a heated-air-generating heat exchanger () which uses steam to heat the preheated air to a prescribed temperature; and a condensing heat exchanger () for condensing the surplus steam.

A heat shrinking apparatus for a shrink film, which can uniformly heat shrink a shrink film covering a part of a whole of an article and can prevent adherence of water droplets on the surface of the article and the shrink film. The heat shrinking apparatus may include a heat treatment chamber installed so as to surround a transfer conveyor for transferring a bottle on which cylindrical label has been fitted, and heating means that heats the cylindrical label fitted on the bottle passing through the heat treatment chamber. The heat treatment chamber may include an external tunnel and an internal tunnel installed in a preheating zone, and an external tunnel and an internal tunnel installed in a main heating zone. The heating means includes preheating means that preliminarily heats and softens the cylindrical label fitted on the bottle passing through the interior of the internal tunnel, and main heating means that uses superheated steam to heat shrink the cylindrical label fitted on the bottle passing through the interior of the internal tunnel.
